You can get this for $1.7-$2m in Newport Coast, though no ocean view, so for Vegas even in Red Rock Summerlin, the value is just not there.

I love the exterior Spanish design, it’s more timeless (not a fan of the new mid century exterior look) When it comes to the interior, I do love the modern design and this house is a great example of how it’s possible to have both styles. Love that you go beyond showing properties and that you educate your viewers. 👍🏼

I like this house I especially like the design of the hexagonal mirrors in the bathrooms. It does seem that the designers only had their minds on Kitchen and bathrooms which was a pity as it could be made to look lots better. The master bathroom is a work of art though. I do think it’s slightly overpriced, even if it’s in a gated community. Great tour, take care and stay safe.

The only issue for me would be the appliance's mixes of brands, I prefer a more cohesive look like utilizing the same brand all over the entire kitchen. Nice but would have done Grey kitchen cabinets with nickel accents...and frosted pantry door and front kitchen door. Family room is tight...not a lot of room for seating....same at dining table...

Loved most of the house. But the fireplace wall and lack of electrical outlets in the kitchen gets to me. Some might of been hidden by the decor but I saw two wall plates in a beautiful chef's kitchen. No way I could cook like that.

When you started to go into the backyard I was about to scream at you, "where is the master?" Then you remembered it. Almost lost it. This house without a master just wouldn't cut it.
The hardware they used in those showers sucks. You have to bend down to pull up the nob for the shower. The water comes out on your back and is always cold at first. Those things always go bad very quickly. I have to replace mine constantly. They should have done valves on the wall.
Was that a gas fireplace in the master or one of those fake electric things?
Also, the orange peal does not go with Spanish style.

Nice redesign. I would have liked a formal dining area at that price and a bigger pantry. Not happy with the lovely pool taking up the entire yard and no outdoor kitchen. Covered outdoor kitchens in Vegas are mandatory at the Million+ price point.

Homebuilders are a bunch of flippers that just think the higher priced the better. They missed the mark on this one. Upper level floor all carpet. I am not buying a house for $1.700.000.00 when there is carpet. Especially this cheap shag carpenting. For the asking price one can expect tiles throughout.
