They make tons of money selling lots, so they want to squeeze as many houses in that they can. I know some people who actually buy two plots and build their house in the middle.

Chakits, we always enjoy your awesome property tour videos. We like this house because it's all one level; we've lived in a four story house for 30 years and we are so OVER stairs! Meanwhile, we would need to add upper cabinets to the kitchen and a few other tweaks to make this perfect. Though it could work and it's within the budget! Woo-hoo! Thank you for showing us another gorgeous home!
Chakits! When you stepped into the room to move the sliders, it gives a MUCH better perspective to the scale of the house. That's really something to consider adding in the future videos. I would have never suspected that room was THAT large. Seeing you move around in it brings it to life. I know it's difficult for a one man show. Just some ideas to add to your already excellent channel

I want the tall skinny statue. Very different kitchen, good thing there is a pantry...love the different shape and sizes of Windows.master is awesome. Nice to see all the little unique designs, keeps it interesting.still like first one best.
I would do the upgrades, because this one is the BOMB!!! The office and wine room, are great, but the wine room, I would turn into a cigar room!! To me, the upgrades are worth it, TO ME!!! Everyone is different.

A feast for the senses. I have got to see these models, with a camera and plenty of memory, and equipped with my paint color samples. Gotta to have the proper viewing accoutrements for successful Lookeyloos. And, what a difference from the spec homes you showed awhile back. I think it is possible to start with a diamond in the rough, and learn from the experts to create a special place.

Chakits, are the prices you quote for the total property (House and Land) or is the lot an extra charge? We called Blue Heron on one of the houses you showed and they said the price quoted was just for the house only and that there is a charge for the lot that is extra. That added almost a million to the price of the property that we didn't anticipate.

Merry Christmas man my fiancee keeps talking about this house are u the agent and even tho I hate kitchens so open to the living room that den with the glass door is a perfect alternative area for me to watch games with all the noise from cooking and washing dishes I see it's staged door that furniture come with it you can respond when u feel better man u sound pretty sick 😷
This house is so beautiful, the only sad thing is that you didn't open the two stainless steel cabinets in not sure if what they are for at the bar area could have been ice makers or fridges but u didn't open them. Thanks though

Reno has such a housing shortage, this would easily be twice the price in northern nevada.
