The bad, as funny as it is, is too unrealistic and doesn't really help you to avoid common mistakes. The good is really helpful though, and I have to give that the credit it deserves!
9 years later.....the "bad" is now what people are literally doing today! LOL This is how far our society has fallen when it comes to people interviewing for entry level and skilled positions.
the bad one, you can tell right from the beginning: "Sup Dog" instead of "Hello Mr Carson, horrible posture, dressing as if you were outside, using phone; I'd kick him out" and another thing; not making sure his resume was typo free.
This was a GREAT video to show our young adults in the Community Transition Program! The exaggeration was needed and helpful to help drive home the point for them!
Come to think of it, sending someone to go to an interview acting like the disheveled and unprofessional dolt in this video might not be a bad way to make yourself look that much better. Interviewer: "We have a few more people to interview. We will contact you shortly if you we decide to give you the job." *Idiot walks in and makes a jackass of himself* Interview calls the previous applicant: "Okay... so yes, we have finished the interviewing process. You're hired."
Wearing a wife beater for a job interview is an interesting approach, I am going to meet BlackRock this week, they might appreciate an extraordinary fashion style;)
The good supposed candidate is missing his suit jacket. The interviewer mentioning having limited spots is also a turn off. Not every person seeking employment is desperate for the job. It's really a joint agreement. I turned down an interviewers offer before. I kindly said my thoughts about his company. I told him it's not in my best interest to work here. I said it's nothing personal I'm just not impressed with what's offered here. I shook his hand and went on my way. Don't sell yourself short. That's why this job market is in the hands of the employer and not the skillful candidates. This American way of interviewing is not a winning situation. It's always better to own a business not to be employed by one. That's just my thought's.
I wouldn't go in a interview talking and looking crazy but I will ask how much is it paying I don't see anything wrong with asking that. If you ask do I have any questions im going to ask questions
Appreciate video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you thought about - Schallingora Information Investigation Scheme (just google it)? It is an awesome one off guide for learning what you need to say to get hired in a job interview without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.
Arun Bera Jesus loves you. He died on that cross for you. If you haven't known him yet... run now and do it, open your heart and read the bible (you can start with the new testament.. I'm from Brazil, God Bless You!
All I could keep thinking through this is that the interviewer is terrible. This interviewers top candidate would be a trained actor who knows no ability to do the job at all. Good hair, well dressed, repeats off hr buzzwords to every question - no questions about the job itself. If you could find a professional actor who looked like you but knew nothing about the job that would be the best way to pass these.

Dreamspy93 yes it does, dress formal, don’t use slang, come prepared and speak properly.
@@waterflow2324 that's common sense. We need something more specific and not so obvious

Honestly, this is the perfect example for my presentation tomorrow!

This is grossly exaggerated, which makes it unhelpful.
Dragir Tully you would be surprised
it's exaggerated to get the point across, so chill....
9 years later....it is now an ACCURATE portrayal of what I have seen now over the years lol

I'm not even old enough to have a job, and I can tell, "The Bad" is unrealistic. Nobody would show up like that to an interview.
