Please talk about mordernisation in the air force. Yet another fatal crash involving Mig 21 and the country lost another of it’s finest. This time it was Group captain Gupta
Please make a video about Corporatization of Ordnance factory with the focus on the following points 1. Does it mean the employees will be made accountable similar to how private corporates work with the top management down to last level management given free hand to choose the needed person below them to delivery quality in time? 2. If yes, how are the unions reacting and being handled?
Thankyou for keeping us updated on the development , of the national security apparatus, proud to know that the intent and action are both going hand in hand.🙏🙂
4 more reforms are coming in the next couple of years:- 1. Corporatisation of OFB and encouraging more Private participation as well as selecting private company products so that they gain the necessary exposure to deal at the top level thus forcing OFB to pull its socks in terms of quality and timely development of products. 2. Theatre Commands and Integrated Battle Groups 3. National Security Policy for the country needs to be introduced. This should include Cyber policy as well. 4. Accountability protocols should be established, specially for the Intelligence Agencies so that they can be held accountable incase of a sudden standoff without notice and we are not well prepared.
Thank you and your team for the comprehensive coverage on this subject in one capsule. Listening to this was reassuring. I find that one of the significant contributions of the present dispensation is the focus on a structured framework which was missing earlier. And it is such a pleasure to hear that it is bearing fruits
Deep Space capabilities and networks are important. In addition to that the authorities must have a focus on research in pure and theoretical sciences. Biological weapons are also important.
We have a deep space network already dont we? its called the Indian Deep Space Network IIRC. Also, this focus on research and theorerical sciences entail huge capex, capital we dont have to expend. Edit: also biological weapons are banned under serious international treaties, perhaps even more so than nukes

Great! Thank you.
Happy that Indian defence reforms are on right direction but still disappointed that Police and judiciary reforms not carried out yet!!!
What's the update on corporatisation of OFB? Seems like GOI has relented after their employees union went on strike.
A great pity that we have such useless people taking home fat wages, all the while conspiring to weaken the nation from within.
Will happen step by step.
Fist is social awakening.
Reservations have made a huge population handicapped
Fantastic information people of India should know and feel good about
Thanks Nitin for the timely update on this issue. Looking forward to many more such videos from you in future.

Please improve font size of text in background. Can't see many things on small screen of phones
Super informational...
Good details for common man like me.
Can we have something on future Indian drone technology and unmanned products...like the wing man....some timelines would be great as well.
Thank you for excellent research.
Very nice information about external security and defence reforms. But what about internal security. I think we are still vulnerable to threatswithin.
Will required to work on strategical important defence programme and hope we will be there in upcoming decades.
National security threats to be classified into two categories- traditional and non- traditional. Things will become easier to understand and handle.
Thank you so much.. Nitin Sir..🙏
Also something on the Quad and the upcoming visit of the British prime minister
