    Loving the pad mans shot selection. And dudes looking sharp. But I don’t understand how people can train in long sleeve jackets, I feel so confined and restricted

      I prefer just a t shirt but sometimes have a hoody on to warm up when its winter its real cold in the gyms 😂

    Why are them smaller gloves used instead of sparring or fighting gloves

    • @SiamBoxing
      @SiamBoxing  3 роки тому +1

      some people like to use bag gloves for pad work and bag work. makes you feel the punches more but for some it can lead to injuries whatever you prefer.

    What is the purpose of wearing the foot/ankle sleeves?

    • @SiamBoxing
      @SiamBoxing  3 роки тому +2

      mostly to support the ankle it can be quite easy to roll and sprain the ankle so this really helps some fighters.
