I question how someone looks at any possible Leprechaun pitch and goes "Nah, that's not up to our standards, come back with something better". Like, do they not know what movie series this is?
This really does feel like a staff meeting between script writers that havent been outside for several years. They peek through the blinders and try to guess what it would be like to set a feature in the hood. But no matter as long as Warwick Davis is having fun im in.
Yeah, I'm ironically wrapping up my coverage that I've been doing every March for the last...3 years. Gonna be weird when next March comes and I seemingly don't have anything that could fit that theme. Unless I go with the Women's history Month and make that a "theme", which...I could and likely will do with February as Black History Month.

I don't know man. LEPRECHAUN :Back 2 Da Hood is my favorite but, it was also my first Leprechaun movie. Either way. Little people smoking a bong = Comedy gold.

I remember watching this with a few friends on discord one night, my friend just about lost it when Ice-T pulled the bat out of his afro. This whole movie and it's sequel are real trips.

This was the first Leprechaun movie I ever saw as a kid back then, followed by In Space. I never questioned how he always gets into these wacky situations and places as a kid but thinking about it now as an adult, I started losing sleep because of it lmao
Leprechaun 3 and leprechaun in the hood are probably my favorite out of the series don't get me wrong this series has moments but these two really stick out the most

If you want really fun bad films, then the films from 3 to Dollhouse are for you. If you’re looking for a dark crazy supernatural film that delivers, Amityville II and the remake are solid enough. The original film is more of a film to have fun riffing on with how it tries to take the really dumb stuff in it dead serious.

im biracial my moms an irish immigrant and my dad is a third generation immigrant from Jamacia...when this movie came out my babysitter rented it as a surprise for myself and my younger siblings (4,8,11)...she legitimately thought it would be a great way for her a white sociology major to have "interesting and advancing dialogue" about being mixed race in america...ive never experienced a more well meaning/painfully confused gesture since.

Trespass is one that goes under most people's radar. Great cast and decent enough for what amounts to a treasure hunt in the middle of a city. Also Mean Guns, which had no budget, but I actually enjoyed.

While Leprechaun 3 is a fan favorite to many, The Leprechaun in The Hood movie is preferably my favorite out of the bunch.
It's also my favorite leprechaun film. The three leads are very likable and Ice T is a great secondary villain
