Did you complete most of the Reno yourself? How much manpower? How many days or months did it take? Do you live close to the Airbnb or did you have to fly there on multiple occasions? What about furnishing? And does the city have any strict STR laws?
Me and my husband just finished flipping our 1985 condo in Austin. It will go live on Airbnb tomorrow. I am so impressed at how you planned for all this by saving money from working 2 jobs. Would love to do this full time but I value my job security.
