Hello from Canada. These are all awesome looking Bibles. Really liking the looks of your work. Thanks for sharing these! Hope to reach out for a rebind soon.
Been looking into getting into binding as I can seem to find the right Bible. I have seem a bunch of tutorials but I can't seem to figure out how to get the leather or if the leather comes colored.
I know you probably don't want to share all of your trade secrets, or how/who you learned from, but I'm really wanting to learn how to do this stuff, and REALLY love your work in particular. Would love to see any kind of videos you'd be cool with showing any parts of your process, any tips, any behind the scenes. I love seeing the process! Also, love your music. I don't quite play the same style as you do, but I'm kind of moving that direction with my guitar playing. You're an artist through and through!
it certainly is biblical but since you're catholic your people are teaching you that the church has the same authority as the bible which isnt taught in the bible
I have a special love for Mud Walpier cowhide, Leige Main Goatskin, and Capra Granulosa Goatskin. Mud Walpier is much softer than Badalassi Carlo Waxy Pull-up. They can have similar thickness depending on how thick or thin I purchase it.
You’re very talented don’t stop your work!
Works of art!
New sub here. Love that butter soft black-cowhide with blue.
In my opinion your work is as good as Post Tenebras Lux and Cherry Hill. Beautiful bibles my friend. Keep up the awesome work!!!
I second that!
You’re too kind man, thank you!
Beautiful batch bro!
Thanks dude!

What type of leather is that last one in red??
It is Sokoto Goatskin!
Interesting “Sola Scriptura” imprint on the front. When it’s not a Biblical concept.

Which are your favorite leathers to work with so far??
Also, how does the mud walpier compare to waxy badalassi in terms of thickness/soft/firmness?
