That tender will look amazing behind my 49ER ES44AC (UP 8349). Finally I will be picking up the UP MOW RPO to act as a “Tool Car” for my 777 Weathered Commodore Vanderbilt.
Pats trains did a custom Copper Range Consolidation with a red top and black snowplow. I have that pre-ordered. I also had to grab the Wisconsin Central since there wasn't a single Soo Line offering.
I been wanting a F19 for along time. I'm glad they finally released them in Legacy. I went with a George Washington and the Halloween version. I put my Christmas tree up at the end of September decorated for Halloween, so next Halloween, I'll have that engine to run around the tree to start off the season.
i'm a traditional guy and was originally gonna order the great northern lionchief set but decided to wait plus i'm on a VERY tight budget and already have a major train purchase coming soon as my christmas present and lionchief is a little more forgiving if you don't preorder
Your getting the same C&O F19 as me. I'm also getting the plain in service version with the standard box tender. Their already paid in full. Now it's all about waiting until next summer for them to come in. Those are the only items I plan on getting. The UP FEF-3 was neat too but it was no question for me. The C&O F19's were both must haves for me. The word out there is that MTH is planning to make a run of Premier UP FEF-3's at some point soon so I'll wait for that.
I ordered all three of the Denver Rio Grande, SD 50s to add to my Rio Grande collection. I also got the Amtrak viewliner car and I got the Navy sounds box car as well as the graffiti gondola I was so tempted to get the 2662 steamer but I'm saving my money and trying to find a GS4 legacy or the 2018 run of the Denver Rio Grande UP Challenger
I look at the holiday as a season, especially Christmas, so those engines can be run for more than one day. I don’t have a permanent layout only a crazy layout for “around the tree” that is seven feet wide and fourteen feet long. This way I can run the largest engines and longer consists. Drives the wife nuts but it does go around the tree😜.

Maby it's the rendering but I didn't like the look of the last wheel set under the cab of the 2-6-6-2's it just looked so small under that big engine seemed like that last wheel set should've been something I don't know seems like to much air space under the cab what do you think

The Pere Marquette F19 legitimately made me angry and most fantasy schemes don’t do that. It’s so wrong and as a PM guy I’m a purist. In terms of the 2-8-0’s they are making a limited edition Copper Range #29 that’s uncataloged

I chose the Orien Express passenger cars because I don't see Lionel doing these ever again or if they do it will years from and I just think if this was to ever come for sale in the future, on eBay or anywhere else on the second hand market it's gonna be one of those sets where people are gonna ask extreme prices so the time to get it I thought was now or I don't think I would have had a chance at all
i hope the western Maryland is better i got Norfolk Western 2020 the whistle steam smoke unit overheated getting smoke fluid into both smoke units is a joke i like the train but lionel needs to fix those issues

That loco, C&S 641, that you ordered is preserved in Leadville Colorado. It worked until 1962!

If you can find one atlas made a great northern fire prevention car. I bought one for around 50 its really cool.
