I was really impressed with my new V4 4.5m Strike. Used it recently in 20 kts with an HA 780. One thing that's often overlooked in the current trend towards "hard handles" with all brands...is the trade off...forearm fatigue! I think F-One nailed it with their default semi rigid softer handles as I was able in powered up conditions to just keep going whereas with my 5.3m XPS (hybrid carbon hard handles) in lighter conditions...my forearms were shot after 5 minutes.
Agreed. There's always a trade off and i feel it's all personal preference with handles. Personally I enjoy softer handles when riding powered up in longer sessions, but rigid is great for that extra feel and fingertip control
beautiful wing, beautiful location and wow what a great review, will jump straight from V2 to V4 as I heard V3 is not so great.
thanks for watching, the v3 is still a good wing, it's just very stiff and weighty on the tips so it needs a different technique and likes to be ridden hard.
For all-round versatility it's hard to fault the v4 strike for anything

I currently ride the duotone unit and thinking of getting the v4 as 4.5 m2. With the duotone I struggle due to forearm fatigue and was thinking of a harness to extend my sessions (intermediate rider). Is it possible to mount a harness on the v4?
The strike v4 is kind on the arms. I'd recommend the hard handles to make it even better on the arms and with the hard handles you could attach a harness loop on really securely
