Would be a bit hard considering that he is GROUND CREW, customer service is another job that he isn’t specifically qualified for. His job is the planes, and customer service is another persons job. They don’t mix

Like marshaling, checking around plane and etc...

Dp you work for many airlines as a ramp agent or just certain ones?
He works for Red Handling which services Norse Atlantic, Norwegian, TAP, Delta, and Saudia at Gatwick.
Maybe do some comments what you always do so we can see and understand what you push etc
