I could never get Hemlock to work when I first started using it. I was using it like a rifle but my tracking is terrible so I started using it with Starburst like the kraber, much like you're kraber video. I found using Hemlock like a kraber works very well for me. Its now my favourite gun in the game.
the vanguard eva8 has potential to be 1 shot kill, so you have to quantify TTK of eva by how many shots you are putting into a person, and assuming frame-perfect execution on each shot... current top 3 TTK weapons excluding one shot kills is scatterfire r97 > hemlok starburst > r97 regular
Jeremy Thompson Lightning Rod Cannon, shoot at the grunts if a Pilot is near them and the blast will hit everything even remotely close. I just hit nearby Titans or went for direct hits (remeber it's hitscan) when he reached the highest point as his momentum is 0 at that point.
I started using Frags about a month or two ago as well... They are just too fun and really effective against pilots, once you get the hang of the timing. I shake my head when I see people constantly using Arcs against pilots. 1 to finish them off, ok. But always throwing both in the hopes for a kill just makes me cringe.
Yes and no. My original review still stands in a lot of aspects. I am probably going to make a video that talks about the R-97, Shotgun, and Satchel changes all together in one vid since I am not sure any of them warrant a complete do-over.
No it does not. You are fully capable of shooting through it. Visually it looks like it gets stopped by the smoke if you don't hit a target, but if you shoot something on the other side of the smoke it passes through.
Is this changed as well for the Xbox 360? I have noticed some discrepancies between what's here and what's in game sometimes, for example the clip size of the carbine. Ours is still 40 w/ extended mags.
Hemlock is a tragedy. Even though it was always viable in Titanfall 1, it was underused and underrated, and when 2 came oit and it was actually noticed, it was complained about it to no end and after getting a nerf, is back to being a forgotten weapon.
I'm glad they buffed the hemlock. It's my fav. gun now.

One hidden stat is that that Starburst does 15-20% more recoil than stock 3 round burst Hemlok.
Not really, the game tells you that starburst gives the Hemlock extra recoil.
that marked target commiting suicide....... XD
Good post-patch review, I really like the Hemlok to mix things up once in a while.

my three favorite weapons in this game are the G2A4, the Hemlok and the C.A.R. SMG
"Buff" always means some positive change, "nerf" some negative.
And this gun is so OP in titanfall 2

i am sooo lucky i am gen 6 and i got a gooser with the triple threat
Gen 5 and I completed the Gooser challenge in a single game yesterday. Arc Cannon absolutely destroys pilots and grunts.
i cant do it with the arc cannon =/

Hi frothy watched your vid on arc grenade blocking your gooser do you know if the electric smoke effects the arc cannon aswell?
It does not, arc cannon shots still go right through it.

Not really a fan of the starbust attachment. In long ranges the recoil is just too much

Xbox 360 is behind on patches. You will see these changes soon, just not quite yet.

4shot kill up to 32.9meters is like a piece of string to me, can anyone give me an idea as to how long that is in game.

do these buffs/patches hit the xbone and pc first before the 360? or is that with the dlc only?
All patches hit PC and Xbone simultaneously, while 360 lags behind them by a few weeks.
