  • 7-Ingredient delicious and flavorful Peanut Butter Blondie is another simple, delicious treat that’s easy to make. Recipe is below as well as links to products I use.
Remember frequent hand washing during this time for at least 20 seconds, that’s the RN in me speaking and is also a good practice at anytime. Enjoy!
    INGREDIENTS:
1 cup (200g) light brown sugar
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
    1 large egg
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1/2 cup (240g) peanut butter
    1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup (120g) all purpose flour
Optional 2-4 tablespoons peanut butter (32-65g) for drizzle
    DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray an 8x8 round or square pan with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper
In a large bowl using a whisk, electric mixer or stand mixer, combine light brown sugar and melted butter and mix well.
Add in the egg and vanilla.
Add peanut butter and mix everything together thoroughly.
    Add salt and flour.
Pour mixture into baking dish and spread evenly with spatula.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Place on wire rack to cool.
Optional drizzle: heat peanut butter in the microwave 20 to 30 seconds until warm. Stir until smooth. Use a fork to drizzle peanut butter on blondie.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
    Enjoy!!

Hello everyone and welcome to or welcome back to my channel. This week I am making a 7 ingredient peanut butter blondie. I did a 3 ingredient version last week and wanted to come back with this version with more ingredients and more flavor. I hope you enjoy this peanut butter blondie recipe as much as we do.

I made this and came out pretty well. But it too sweet. I think we need only 150gm of sugar!

Been away from work due to a mini holiday, and just got notified we had shared dinner tonight... 3 hours before I start, so jumped on YT to find a quick recipe (as you do) and whipped these up, theyre currently in the oven - will update this comment with the review!
The review: Wow! Ive tried making blondies numerous times before and only once have I ever pulled it off... and that one time was this evening haha!! So happy how these came out, its moist, cake like but with that brownie texture, just the right amount of sweetness and that peanut butter really comes out perfectly - I made it a little boujee and drizzled Nutella instead of PB! So good, thanks heaps - will be subscribing!

Hello. Thank you for your recipe. I have a question please, is the peanut butter in the recipe one cup or half cup? Because its mentioned in the description half cup with 240g next to it, while half cup is 120g and one cup of peanut butter is about 240g according to online resources. May I know how many grams should the peanut butter be? Thank you.
