The super brand mall in Shanghai, near the oriental pearl tower has probably the cleanest bathrooms in the world. Usually bathrooms in China are much worse than bathrooms in the US but this one was sparkling clean. I felt like it was cleaner than my house lol.
Have you read suggestions or visited the website to make one? I doubt that there wasn’t a suggestion of this, but even if there wasn’t, it’s still a unique, interesting, and entertaining idea. I just wish there was proof, I believe these, but just barely.

I had to use public restrooms for weeks because my toilet was clogged, the landlord refused to fix it, and I was too poor to hire a plumber for a while.
No talking to anyone for a week, you gotta use basic sign language. That would be crazy lool and u cant tell no one just wake up one day and start lool
That stench coming out of the bathroom....is a "Code Brown"...lol. When I use public bathrooms, after I wash my hands I wipe the counter down with my used paper towels. I guess it's the nurse in me. Lol
You would hate being a truck driver. We have to continuously use public toilets. On top of that, truck stop bathrooms are notoriously funky. There is the option of buying a shower credit, which is a clean, private bathroom. But that is only once every 24 to 48 hours or so. They usually cost about $15. But they will give you a free credit for buying 60 or more gallons of fuel, so there's that.
The perfect way to solve this is to sign up for a 24/7 national gym chain. When i was working out i would use it for resonable clean toilets/showers when traveling. Almost every city here has 1-3 gyms within walking distance from the station.
What I've never understood about public restrooms is why there're no lids on the toilets. The lids are there for a reason :/ *Close the lid before you flush and save yourself the cloud of bacteria and viruses all over your bathroom*
Let me give you 3 suggestion for the next video: The awful one: "What if you spend one week flying around the world to one direction with as minimum time on land as possible?" The "ok" one: "What if you have to do everything you normally do inside outside and other way around?" The nice one: "What if you only eat fast food for a week?"

I had a full time job but I was working/living in San Jose, California (look up housing prices versus hourly wages!). So forget a week, for 3 and a half years my only restrooms were public restrooms, not to mention the only option for bathing. You learn how to deal with nastiness and ALSO HOW TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. Even if I was just in there to quickly wash my hair I would try to clean up the sink and floor and even flush the person before me's business. Thankfully I live in the PNW now where rents are like... a third of what they were in San Jose (not to mention wages are higher. Weird, huh?) Anyway, thank you for this video, Infographics! And thank you, unnamed writer, for doing this challenge. I'd call it nostalgia but... that just isn't the right word.
I had my bathroom torn down and built up again over a month. The day the plumber disconnected the toilet and tore out the reservoire, i got some sort of water-poisoning\diarreah. It lasted during the whole process. I can relate to this challenge xD
Challenge- Pretend to be a paraplegic/quadriplegic for 2 weeks.. use a wheelchair, no walking, use modified utensils to eat, public transportation or modified vehicle for driving/transport. I'm happy to help with any questions since I have a C5 spinal cord injury and I'm considered quadriplegic.
Many years ago, my little brother went to summer camp and was so disgusted by the bathrooms that I think he held in all his turds for a week and a half. Takes "guts" (har, har, har) but I'm sure others can do it too if they try hard enough

One had only been open for a few years and still looked shiny and new, but its bathroom was disgusting. The other was one of those that’s basically a staple in town, and even though the outside was dingy, the bathroom was spotless.
They have, and it's very well maintained. We have people hired to clean the toilets, free no.1, but no.2 takes a few cents... After seeing this, I am definitely proud of my country...
