"Laser-Pro 190, and brought in a beautiful mackerel," Miss. Pascale practicing her very best Cockney accent; Y'all play that back, from just after Miss. Pascale got splashed and got such a huge laugh out of it; gosh, that was just a hoot, y'all have made my day once more!!!
Not only is Pascale a great asset to the workings and safety of their ship, she is also a wonderful friend to a lucky Troy. Some of those swells were large enough to almost lay your boat over on its side.....it looked....thrilling! Enjoyable episode!!
This vid is what i like to see... Real people, real sailing and real issues that crop up from time to time... No movie stars here... Just a realistic no bulls%&t account of how it is... Keep the faith... MV Redemption...
Great video and explanation of your new toilet and holding tank isn’t ‘crap’ at all. Wonder women Pascale decked out in her wet weather gear and bare feet is hilarious, her constant smile and giggle is a joy to behold....thanks guys 🏴👍
Pascale is just adorable, here attitude is always to have a fit of the giggles when she gets blasted by a wave or catches a fish! It just always makes me feel better!
Just a lovely day on the water. Typical Maine (USA) weather year 'round (except winter, then frozen. Love Troy's new hair cut (it was getting a bit woolly, LOL). Just a nice sailing vlog !! ✨🙂🤘⛵️⚓️✨🌲⚡️☀️🌤🌦🌧☔️✨🏖✨
🌈❤️💪😎. Passki - we are so glade you gave him that “ little poke”. at the beginning and you two set sail together. ❤️. Life vest on, only happy ending please ... 👍
Did not take long or you guys to become my go to sailing channel!! Love all aspects of you videos, from the tech, to the fishing, of coarse the sailing, the lady's gourmet galley time and the underwater footage. You do a top notch job with it all. My lady says she always know when your new video is out because I speak in (my horrible) Aussie accent for the rest of the day around the house. The only other bloke that had me doing that was Steve Irwin....lol We are getting our new boat ready for full time cruising this fall and have been watching your videos in the mean time to sooth the itch a bit!! Thanks for the attention to detail in all aspects, it's what sets you apart from the pack... Capt Ron
Excellent sailing footage guys.new sails look great.cool hat troy.pascal you have lost weight, you look great.i reckon your productions are way more than just vlogs.cheers
Just discovered your channel a week or so ago.. Love it! I sail a Pearson Wanderer, single handed presently, & sure appreciate your travels, sailing & diving vids as well as the storm anchoring, etc. Please.. continue. Thanks
Finish eat toilet waste. I love your informative videos. I learn by watching sailors sail. I live on a Hartley 34 on the Logan river Gold Coast. It needs work done. Hope to leave the Logan river and around Moreton bay a while. Cheers Gray
After watching episode 98, and (coma) after being a subscriber, I realize that I watch way to much UA-cam! However, I enjoy your journey so much I'm totally addicted. Thank you so much for having me along for the trip.
Pascal looks like a little kid stuck in a snow suit in Troys gear ... lol Marool rides like a duck in the water and she's beautiful and it makes me happy to see that she got a little bit of an upgrade on her sails. May you both find fair weather, trim sails and good fishing ... ⛵🍽💞
Pascal your so pretty not a drop of makeup and yet gorgeous! I love how you guys are living an adventure. I’d love to know more of both your back stories... how you met and families how you decided to travel the world. Your both so brave and adventurous and love watching your channel it’s part of the reason I have looked into charting a sailboat locally this summer. I’m 34 and terminally ill so this is my last chance to try experience a lil bit of what you two do. Any tips on sea sickness since I know I’m prone to it.
Great vid, looks like you earn every sea mile. I enjoy that you capture the reality of cruising in all weather, an your honesty about how you feel sometimes.
This video, as always, lifted my spirits, made me smile, and made a less than wonderful week a great deal better! Pascale in Troy's foulies made me laugh out loud. Thanks! And my friend who broke his arms in the accident got his cast off Monday!
Good on you goes going electric loo. That was a high priority for us to swap out the LeVac toilet. The only thing hing I did differently was leave the Jacobs (?) hand pump in the line to pump when there are electrical issues. I’ll be keenly watching your holding tank build, as I have the same need.
... poo in front of jet- skis is not only allowed, it's recommended... Beautiful video guys, nice vibes. Thanks Japp, winter is coming all right, in a month my boat (and almost every boat) will be on the hard until April. I'll get through the winter watching your videos :)
OK, so where to from here? Agreed that the Capricorn Coast is a great place to spend Winter but where to after that? I’m guessing Tassie for an adventurous pair like you two. Love your Chanel, love your laugh. Take care of each other.
Clever design on the dunny Troy. Makes perfect sense. I nice lumpy ride with a beaut Mac to boot. Lovin it. The scene where the cup gets passed out is reminiscent of an old Cup-A-Soup or Bonox ad or something like that and would be worthy of a retro retake on the scene for anyone selling a beverage made for a cup. You should send that off to a few advertising companies. cheers. #Continental #Bonox .
Cracking vlog and cracking job on the refit of the "jobbie catcher" . Cool mackerel catch footage too but must say I'm tiring of seeing dolphins , ha ha . Ace vlog as per usual an Pascale sure is a hardy sailor , for a girl ,lol. :-D Fair winds guys
I DON'T KNOW IF ME AND THAT TOILET WOULD GET ALONG. OUR SMALL TOILETS HAVE MUCH BIGGER PIPES THAN THAT. BUT I LIVE IN MISSOURI. BIG EATING PEOPLE HERE. LOL HAHA!!! LOVE THE VIDEOS!!! TAKE CARE.
'Rugged up under the dodger.' Not a sentence I have heard before. And barefoot foul weather gear is something that doesn't surprise me. :) I was hoping when I saw the dophin/porpoise that it was going to be the whale video. soon? Episode 100? :)
I just bring a bucket. Bucket of Dung Beetles. You just tip it over on the dock late at night, when you get back from your sailing trip. Everything disappears by morning. If your wondering about ratio of beetles to dung it seems to just follow the Fibonacci Sequence.
Great video Troy and Pascale!!! I wonder if the pin in the handle of the water line valve shouldn’t have a small chain or cord on it. I could see that going missing within a week 😊 All the best, Norm in Arizona
We'll see you back in Brisbane when the Northerlies start. If you time it right Mirool can dust off a few of the Sydney Hobart fleet on your way south.
Really enjoying your videos, long may the adventure last! But that got me thinking, how do you settle down to a “Normal” life ashore when it all ends? I don’t know how I could adjust to a 9 to 5 working life again. All best wishes to you both, enjoy every day and please keep sharing the experiences with us.
Very interesting about the toilet. Always wondered about the discharging. Why do dolphins swim in front of boats? Love when I get a notification from you in my inbox.
Yes, I do understand u r not allowed ;-) In Norway all boats have a holding tank. Depend on where you live along the coast, you have to pump it out to a facility station or other places you can go out 300m from land.
@@Josef_R Well, what you pumpout is more like a soup, and 300m out, you are 300m out in a ocean and gulf stream. The most places you have to use a pump out, because of all the fjords. I honestly dont think its a problem.
Oh man, that has to be one of my favourite FRS videos yet, absolutely loved it! Pascale's laugh is such a joy 😊. But I'm a bit confused - you've been ashore for weeks? Have I missed something? Have I dropped into a time warp? I'm sure I've watched all the episodes you've published...
Hopefully by now that locking pin on the seacock has a lanyard fitted to it.. otherwise, I can see it accidentally getting dropped somewhere inaccessible, sooner or later!
Head! Something I have to look into on my powerboat. Like yours, it appears, but mine only makes a very light sounding gush-gush-gush when the macerator is turned on. Pascale dressed pretty much the way I dressed when we went above the Arctic Circle years ago. It was a bear shooting stars at pre-dawn and post sundown. That made me a Bluenose. What do they call it crossing the Antarctic Circle???
I reckon if you ran that boat aground you would knock the rock you hit would suffer more damage than Mirrool. Great video, how long has the macerator toilet been in and how if is going for reliability? How are your flexible solar panels going? are the junction boxes on the solar panel sealed inside?
TheNutriarat ,What?? Since It`s getting colder here, it must getting warmer down there. Otherwise there will be a bunch of pissed off Norwegians coming back from holliday this winter. Just saying ;-)
@@andersjakobsen9906 Lol, I reckon any Norwegian worth their salt (the one I know anyway) would happily swim around Tasmania in the middle of an Aussie winter.
Fun times getting splashed and hearing Pascale scream a bit. BTW...why did you choose a holding tank over a compost head? Curious minds must know! PEACE OUT! Ü
I still wonder why dolphins play out in front of boats. I wonder if they think the boat is like a solphin swiming upside down in distress. Keel look like a dorsal fin upside down?
Is the tank above water level and drains by gravity? Install macerator before tank. Is tank below water level and is pumped out? Install macerator pump after tank. Gravity is better but less volume available usually.
Yep.. all marine toilets, (with the exception of the composting types) are rather complicated to use. They are also extremely easy to render inoperable. There's a reason that the very first briefing newcomers to the boat get, is the correct operation of the toilet. If that's ever you, *pay attention,* as the usual rule is, "you broke it, you fix it", and fixing a blocked-up toilet is *the worst* job on the boat.
Love Pascale's laughter, she is such a consistently cheerful person and it is delightful!

Pascale is just adorable, here attitude is always to have a fit of the giggles when she gets blasted by a wave or catches a fish! It just always makes me feel better!
Love Pascale’s laugh.
You need to devise a way to use that pressurizing feature against the jet skins. Some sort of a turd cannon...
Pascale, you have the sweetest laugh. Thanks for sharing your adventures, love you guys...!
Love 💕 sepia toned portions of the video. .. As an old old dude we use to use that a lot in the old B/W film 🎞 days.

You would think so. But it turns out that the regulators reasoned that because your poo could effect people other than jet skiers, you gotta hold it.
Bare feet are the best, that is until you slip and smash one of your toes into something...
