The YT algorithm brought me here. As of just 3 weeks ago, the DFW Metroplex housing prices have fallen 14% and are expected to continue to drop like a rock. Mortgage rates are expected to rise even higher. The car-centric traffic is now comparable to L.A. and Atlanta. 36% - one in every three Texas registered voter - does not think President Biden won the 2020 presidential election legitimately. Texas's new abortion law restricts women's reproductive rights and further compounds racial disparities in maternal health. Tarrant County sends more kids to youth prisons than any other county Texas.
Seriously, Please provide some good _Factual_ reasons why anyone outside of Texas (other than a conspiracy theorist or religious gun nut) would want to raise their children and invest real estate in the DFW MetroPlex?
