Please read: I came across your short on personal products. You stated that head and shoulders cause neuropathy- which at the time I was having in my foot and the doctor although my glucose levels are normal was going to put me on gabapinton(I refused to take it). I stopped the shampoo and the neuropathy in my foot disappeared after 4-5 days! Thank you so much!!!
Smart move. Gabapentin use is associated with physiological dependence ( means you get very sick if stopped suddenly after only 3 weeks of use)and a potentially risky withdrawal syndrome. Even people who have been taking it as prescribed should seek the support of their physician prior to stopping its use. However, those who have been taking larger than prescribed doses or otherwise misusing the drug should absolutely not stop using it suddenly, as this can bring on a potentially complicated withdrawal. Symptoms have been reported in people taking between 400mg to 8000mg a day for periods as short as 3 weeks up through 5 years.9
@@erichelfrich1011 wow! I'm currently on gabapentin for experiencing excruciating nerve pain from shingles. I'm just starting week two of 100mg 3x/day but will cut back to 2x/day and hopefully ween off by the end of the week. Thanks for this info.
@@erichelfrich1011 What is it that is important to know about this Rx? I’m asking because I take a 300mg capsule of this every night before bed to alleviate my restless leg syndrome. I would be very grateful for anything you could tell me. Kind wishes
Bobby I don't think you realize how funny you are! Love these videos education with a hint of humor. Love the app highly recommend it!! Thanks for all you do!!

Canada isn't perfect so still do your research. They allow sludge with lots of toxins to be spread on agricultural land as does the US. It needs to be sterilized but that costs money so until there is regulation they will continue to do so.
We tried the wild blueberries - my wife hated the taste. We get the frozen organic instead of the fresh - doesn’t go bad so quickly like the fresh. Since there isn’t the same option for frozen blackberries and raspberries, I stock up when the price is really good, then flash freeze them in small batches ( think 1 container ). I wash them, drain, paper towel and air dry to get rid as much water as possible, then divide between two personal sized pizza pans and pop them in the freezer while I prep lunches in the am. In the evening, I put the frozen fruit in a gallon freezer bag, and repeat the process with the next container. I have two FULL gallon bags of blackberries- have to see what’s a good price when go shopping this weekend.
Thanks so much Bobby! I used to think I ate healthy until I started following you. Love all your videos and your beautiful family! Have a great vacation!
In Minnesota we pick wild blueberries on state land so they are free. Also raspberries grow near them. The blueberries love pine needles so it smells so good when you get out picking. The first time I ate them I had the epiphany that they have 1,000x more flavor in a teeny tiny berry!
This man is so knowledgeable! I was under the impression I was eating healthy and buying healthy… then I was told about the app and 💥!! I spend more time in the store but it’s so worth it… we only get one body and we need the best for it!! Thanks again sir
We have very few Costco stores here in Australia, and only 1 in South Australia which is 2-2.5 hours away depending on traffic. I never buy frozen food in summer but do from autumn through to spring. I only buy frozen fruits as well as the diced vegetables mix and the large black bag of Asian stir-fry vegetables.
Bobby! I got my peanut butter and chocolate protein shake last week. I’ve been having a shake every morning. I love the taste and it keeps me satisfied for hours!
I've bought both of those blueberries, depending on which is on sale. I had noticed one kind had much larger berries. Thanks for that explanation of the difference.
Hi Bobby, Have you reviewed the Keta Salmon by Orca Bay Foods at Costco in the frozen section? It is wild caught and per what is stated on the packaging... "It's a more understated wild salmon that tastes milder, meatier and more delicious!" I have purchased it a number of times and really enjoy the taste.
Sunflower oil (olio di semi di girasole) is widely available/used in Italy. Not a great choice, but used as the cheap oil much as soy oil is used in the States.
I literally been watching your videos I can’t wait to shop with confidence Having your app And watching your videos Thank you for doing what you do I’m glad I found your channel
Hi Bobby, I scanned the items in my pantry and oh boy I am eating very unhealthily!😢. Thanks for doing what you do, I am slowly changing my eating habits!
We bought the wild blueberries because they taste better and now I am glad we did! BTW I want LaLonie's job lol As always thanks so much for sharing your knowledge with us.
That individually wrapped frozen sockeye is excellent. My only complaint is I have to remove some scales they didn't get removed. They do have king salmon at my Costco, but not frozen and individually wrapped.
Thanks Bobby! This was the first notification when I opened my eyes. I was excited! I head to Costco next week . I can't wait to whip out my Bobby approved app! Its fun now!
Thank you so much for your videos, I've really been learning a lot, I am prediabetic and my cholesterol is elevated so I've been working in changing my diet..
I haven’t watched today’s video yet. Can you expand on your concerns on sunflower lecithin? I know it can be used as an emulsifier but the (admittedly limited) research I’ve done showed health benefits.
We love the cauliflower rice. Hubby is diabetic and we substitute it for rice. But our Costco has been out of cauliflower for the pass four weeks. Will try the stir fry one next trip.
Both are great! I microwave each bag, then will empty into a 1/2 steam tray ( doubled for support ). I pop this on the grill ( or in the oven ) to let the moisture steam off. For the regular cauliflower rice, I’ll add salt, pepper, butter, and sprinkle garam masala over it to serve with our mains. My wife likes the heated up leftover “rice” served over her salad, kinda like a grain bowl.
Bobby when reviewing vegetable sprays was critical of those with propellants as though they were bad. Actually the propellants are nitrogen . Of course nitrogen is a component of the air that we breathe along with oxygen.
Yup I get the wild blueberries. I'm using it for smoothies for heavy metal detox smoothies. I get a powdered one but was so happy to find these at Costco. Win!!
I love the cauliflower rice stir fry! And of course being an Alaskan only eat “wild caught” fish. My favorite Salmon is Copper River Red - but it is too expensive so I have my freezer stocked with red’s dip netted from either the Kasilof River, {1st choice} or the Kenai River.
Bobby! I was wondering why do you keep the freezer door open while you’re elaborating on a particular item? Keep the door closed! Expound on the nutritional issues then p,ace it back.

Floridians with whole house backup generators are lucky during hurricane season because they can stock up & keep the freezer going for a few days if the power grid is down. I hope some of these great items are still available in Nov

It’s funny that we cultivate fruit to be bigger because I think the teeny tiny wild blueberries are so stinking cute!
We have wild caught king salmon in the fish dept. at Costco. Not frozen but you can cut it into smaller portions and freeze.
Never seen this …awesome.
The organic cauliflower stir-fry is fantastic and a great buy.

The Fire Roasted vegetable mélange has been in So. CA for at least a year and it is delicious as well as the cauliflower stir fry.

That is "dog salmon." It is what fishermen feed their dogs.
Thanks Bobby! Love the (frozen) food video. I always buy what you recommend. Blessings to you all this day.
Those fire roasted vegetables are SUPER good! Tasty on their own or great for fajitas.
