    Please read: I came across your short on personal products. You stated that head and shoulders cause neuropathy- which at the time I was having in my foot and the doctor although my glucose levels are normal was going to put me on gabapinton(I refused to take it). I stopped the shampoo and the neuropathy in my foot disappeared after 4-5 days! Thank you so much!!!

    • @erichelfrich1011
      @erichelfrich1011 Рік тому +2

      Smart move. Gabapentin use is associated with physiological dependence ( means you get very sick if stopped suddenly after only 3 weeks of use)and a potentially risky withdrawal syndrome. Even people who have been taking it as prescribed should seek the support of their physician prior to stopping its use. However, those who have been taking larger than prescribed doses or otherwise misusing the drug should absolutely not stop using it suddenly, as this can bring on a potentially complicated withdrawal. Symptoms have been reported in people taking between 400mg to 8000mg a day for periods as short as 3 weeks up through 5 years.9

      @@erichelfrich1011 wow! I'm currently on gabapentin for experiencing excruciating nerve pain from shingles. I'm just starting week two of 100mg 3x/day but will cut back to 2x/day and hopefully ween off by the end of the week. Thanks for this info.

    I chose the wild blueberries because they said it was tested for pesticides and I believe it’s a product of Canada. Plus they are more nutritious:)

      Canada isn't perfect so still do your research. They allow sludge with lots of toxins to be spread on agricultural land as does the US. It needs to be sterilized but that costs money so until there is regulation they will continue to do so.

      We tried the wild blueberries - my wife hated the taste. We get the frozen organic instead of the fresh - doesn’t go bad so quickly like the fresh.
      Since there isn’t the same option for frozen blackberries and raspberries, I stock up when the price is really good, then flash freeze them in small batches ( think 1 container ).
      I wash them, drain, paper towel and air dry to get rid as much water as possible, then divide between two personal sized pizza pans and pop them in the freezer while I prep lunches in the am.
      In the evening, I put the frozen fruit in a gallon freezer bag, and repeat the process with the next container.
      I have two FULL gallon bags of blackberries- have to see what’s a good price when go shopping this weekend.

    In Minnesota we pick wild blueberries on state land so they are free. Also raspberries grow near them. The blueberries love pine needles so it smells so good when you get out picking. The first time I ate them I had the epiphany that they have 1,000x more flavor in a teeny tiny berry!

      Both are great!
      I microwave each bag, then will empty into a 1/2 steam tray ( doubled for support ).
      I pop this on the grill ( or in the oven ) to let the moisture steam off.
      For the regular cauliflower rice, I’ll add salt, pepper, butter, and sprinkle garam masala over it to serve with our mains.
      My wife likes the heated up leftover “rice” served over her salad, kinda like a grain bowl.

    While I agree that farm raised fish in general is lower quality and should be avoided, farm raised NORWEGIAN fish tends to be sustainably and ethically produced. They have highly strict standards on the aquaculture and of course the cold waters are better for the salmon lives. Just something to take note of before assuming all farm raised fish is low quality.
