    I lose 3 kilos a month with this breakfast, I make it at least three times a week and we eat it with my family as a quick and a great affordable finger food too.
    I made this finger food and dietary breakfast with only two eggs and some cooked peas, as you know, eggs are not high in calories in addition to protein and properties, which makes us lose weight.
    Peas also contain protein and because they fill the stomach very quickly, it makes us not eat a large amount of food.
