@@Amanda_downunder Cambodia's the easiest. 55 and over can stay for a full year an reapply each year. It costs approximately 280 each year to reapply. Vietnam requires visa runs and Indonesia has retirement visa. All are humid.
@@adventurefreaksss - thank you; r there any places where one doesn't have to keep paying or re-applying ? I'd rather get a visa once, not keen on keep paying again and again, esp once I've lived in a country for more than 3 or 4 yrs or so. I'm also looking at Portugal, Albania, Bulgaria, S America. I just don't think I can deal with humidity all yr round. but who knows ! ty so much and I'll keep watching you. best wishes.
With all due respect to Ré I think it's imperative that viewers who are relatively new to doing extensive investigation of this subject aren't given the wrong impression that it's a simple proposition to just hop on a plane and easily live for so little money per month.
thank you. where is less humid ? can one apply for retire visa and then get there and find their rental place ? also some countries like u to deposit lots of $ in their bank ? also health care is important.

Well, you forgot to mention visa policy in every one of these 3 countries. Only Cambodia is affordable for retirees with easy visas.
Cambodia has the best VISA. Indonesia VISA is very expensive. Vietnam has difficult VISA…
True!!!
Thanks for your brightside introduction of these countries but it will be great for the audiences if you can also advise the dark side of them.
I can only see the good in them:)
Exceptional content
Thank you Tim. A lot of time goes into these and I do it all myself so I appreciate your kind words:)
No mention about visas, also Vietnam doesn’t have a retirement visa, you have to border hope every 3 months for example!
maybe one day Vietnam will org a retire visa !! Cambodia has one I think.

We cover visas in the podcasts we've done on Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia and all can be found on our youtube channel!

I knew when you said 50 cent beer Cambodia was on your list.
Lol, that's funny! Yes, indeed:)
How easy is it to get long term visa's? Vietnam does not have a retirement.
If you would just add timestamps your viewership would explode 😅
