You have to find out if your supplier is willing to drop ship for you or not. If not, you’ll have to find a new supplier that’s willing to drop ship. You don’t necessarily have to tell your customers that you’re going to be dropshipping, unless there will be a longer delay in getting their ordered items. If there will be a delay, or the shipping will take a lot longer than it has previously, then you may need to let customers know why. You can simply put a note on your website about it.

Hello! Just to clarify, Dropshipping and Print-on-Demand are two different eCommerce business models. In a sense, you could purchase wholesale from a POD manufacturer and then provide the product to a supplier to dropship for you. Is that what you're looking for?
It is a really good business, but you need to have good trending products all the time. You need to use searching tools (my favourite is Winnerzilla of course, really great service for a cheap price). I started it six months ago, had troubles at beginning, but now I am making north of 10k USD every month.

If you are purchasing from a drop shipping vendor then generally they will fill individual orders without any inventory commitments. You will need to continue searching for a vendor that has a business model that also suits your needs.

As a customer, I personally wouldn't wait 1 month (unless I'm ordering directly from china) I remember running into popular drop shipper "Lit activewear" (that pretend to be Californian) and as soon as I realized they ship from China I canceled my order.
Absolutely. You can use an App like Oberlo (apps.shopify.com/oberlo) for your Shopify store and run the entire business through your mobile phone. A computer will certainly make it a more enjoyable experience, but use what you have! Everyone has to start somewhere.

I have tried dropshipping at least 2 times and failed because of the risk of not conforming to the customers as per the terms and conditions. Delays, no tracking of goods once the item is ordered and you are left in the lurk and the quality issues, etc made me close my store. How will Shopify ensure this? Are we aware of the AUKUS? the trade relations and the proposed sanctions? can we rely on Chinese markets?

That's correct. I recommend contacting specific suppliers if you have questions about their requirements, but suppliers on DSers mostly work with dropshippers and don't usually have minimum requirements.

Sir I've been trying this and I just encountered a customer in the same town im in who asked me "do you have the stocks onhand?" And I don't know how to reply because I don't want to lose my customers confidence if they find out I don't have it.
I have tried dropshipping at least 2 times and failed because of the risk of not conforming to the customers as per the terms and conditions. Delays, no tracking of goods once the item is ordered and you are left in the lurk and the quality issues, etc made me close my store. How will Shopify ensure this? Are we aware of the AUKUS? the trade relations and the proposed sanctions? can we rely on Chinese markets?
