Well, they weren’t actually trying to achieve a goal. They were just showcasing a bunch of mods, that’s also what the Jaffa Factory was all about.

Honestly them messing around with Mystcraft was the best part about that series. ...Lewis knew that they should’ve been more careful when making that dimension, but they just made a dimension with the sole specification being “oil” and got an island surrounded by oil geysers in a world that is constantly decaying into deadly sludge and in an eternal thunderstorm.
That mod is absolutely insane.
that mod can just, break you game, cause the dimensions stay active even after you destory the book meaning the world will slowly become more and more of a lagg fest, untill you delete the dimension folders in the saves folder
luckily dimensions are not loaded unless someone is inside, i had no problems with 40-50 dimensions existing, while playing with dimensional doors and having a few more dimensions from that
what is the name of that episode where they go to the oil dimension?

My favorite mod they had was Tinkerers Construct. Because I just love the tools. So neat.

One of my favorite bits about 'oil world' is when they first go in.. "Awww.. it's snowing! It's Christmas land!" and seconds later "Ahh! Why am I on fire?" and it just gets worse from there.
I love how quickly it changes too. There's cheery christmas music, Simon is happy with how pretty the snow is. And then, a giant fucking meteor enters the screen from above just in the side of the screen and all of it goes to hell.
This is so fucking amazing.

I spilled a load of instant barista coffee powder on the counter earlier, but I was running late so I had to leave it. When I got back home, I went to clear it up only to find that because the counter was slightly damp, the coffee powder had congealed. It had then dried out leaving a solid mass I was able to literally pull of the counter in one lump with a spatula. Not wanting to waste it, I broke it into bits and made a cup with some of these bits. It tasted like cack; well even more like cack than instant coffee usually does. So don't do this people, just throw it away.

You missed Obsidian Pernus Land. Basically one of the first places they visited, that they knew had oil, long before the need for oil arose. And then after all that trouble of finding oil in other world and then scooping the oil from that oasis, they revisit Obsidian Pernus Land. Lewis asks salty if that oil has always been here with Duncan calmly saying ... yeah......(silence) and Lewis breaks down again XD.

I've watched Yogscast since the beginning and this was one of three times i cried laughing. One was the "why is the belt below his ass" Santa statue. And the other was at the end of an advent calendar map the creator misspelt Christmas and Lewis just broke down sobbing.
I literally came across this while watching another Yogscast series, and then proceeded to dig up the videos from five years ago and watch them in chronological order all the way up to the meltdown JUST because of this animation. Thank you so much ❤️

This was a super well done animation. You need to get in touch with Turps about producing something for them for a bit of cash/share of the ad revenue, and it getting posted on the main channel. Lewis already seemed quite agreeable with that idea earlier on stream!
This was great. I loved the Voltz series. It's only fitting to get the LeadAndPaper overhaul!

You should totally do an animation of the “Our little secret” moment from the episode of GMOD Murder on Sips’ channel called “Our Little Secret”, it’d honestly be hilarious and is one of those moments that would work wonderfully animated.
A follow up to this could be Lewis' oil town rant in Druidz Downtown. It's amazing.

looking back on it, i think it was best that Lewis snapped when he did, it let him get all the anger he'd been feeling out of his body and provided a bit of levity towards everyone as they finally came to terms with how much they'd been bumbling about, letting them regroup mentally and finally get started lol
The only way this could be any better would be an epilogue bit at the end where Lewis finds out that there was oil in Pernus Land the whole time and Duncan is just going "Yea.".
Whenever I just wanna laugh like a madman, until I lose my breath, I come to this video.
