This is year 2 in his system and year 3 for jimmy in his system and he gets the box stacked since they don't fear his arm talent and that stops josh jacobs from being able to run.... our offensive line is a joke especially Elumenour... davante adams only gets throws that risk injury for him to complete in this scheme... Meyers is struggling . First round talent failing, our tight end Mayers is horrible. The list goes on and on... this is Denver all over again just in vegas...

If you have Hunter Renfrow, Darren Waller, Adams, Jacobs in an offense and you start 2-7…it doesn’t matter who your QB is, you have to be able to make that work.
You forgot Derek Carr.
Darren Waller has 15 catches for 153 yards and O touchdowns - while making $17M a year.
Oh, I almost forgot - Carr has 2 touchdowns, 2 interceptions and has been sacked 13 times in 4 games.
Carr managed to generate 9 points last Sunday against the Bucs.

McDaniels just became an even bigger narcissistic, delusional lackluster leader of men he’s always had.
Man got rid of Carr because he thought his offense was too good for him to call audibles on and overshadowed his “genius.” When he’s really a product of Tom Brady’s greatness and received 1 year too many of the money on that contract.

Raider fan did not like that hire, we hated it, we wanted to give Rich Bisaccia a chance. McFingerpointer inherited a playoff team and drove it into the ground. Sure, making the playoffs that year was overachieving, but this is worse than underachieving. It's bad decisions, not putting players in the best position to win and ignoring glaring needs on our roster.

Jimmy Garoppolo has more touchdowns, a better completion rate and a better QB rating - despite his 6 interceptions.
Carr has 2 touchdowns, 2 interceptions and has been sacked 13 times in 2023.
NOLA fans are seeing exactly what we witnessed the last 9 years.

The pass call at first and goal on the 4 was the most disheartening moment since the Tuck Rule game (was there) or the immaculate DEception (not there as I was only 12). As I stated on another post: Josh McDaniels is a terrible HC, worst in the league (18-31) and will never be a good head coach. He can not make play adjustments and the players outright as a whole do not respect him (as evident from comments from Jacobs, Crosby and others). He took a talented team that was 10-7, and instead of drafting competent Defensive line in the draft he opted to focus on offense and then a busted Jimmy G. Until you make changes in the coaching line up and fire McDaniels, we are going to continue to fail as a team and waste talented players time until they get pick up by actual teams that their talents commensurate with. As a life long Raiders Fan growing up it is absolutely disheartening to continue to lose and to what it seems a GM team and Manager who does not care about winning. Something has to give at some point.

Reggie Mackenzie was the best hire in the Mark Davis era and he let Chucky run that due out.
I'm 67, from Michigan, and I've been a Raider fan since 1970, following the Lion's 5-0 playoff loss to the Dallas Cowboys.

I never, in my lifetime, thought that I would see the day where the Lion's are a better team than the Raiders.

When McFly took over the team, the team was a playoff team. Josh McFly is building the "Patriots West" team. The offense was never the problem and the West Coast offense or scheme was very quarterback friendly as far as stats are concerned. Gruden II was not as good as Gruden I was running the team. Gruden II was a bad evaluator of talent and Mike Mayock was not a great general manager but he did get the gems of the draft in the later rounds. I still believe Jon Gruden picked in the first two or three rounds and the general manager got the hidden gems in the draft. Josh McFly does not know how to lead men, make adjustments in games, or communicate efficiently with men. He can know all the x's and o's but communication is the difference between winning and losing. The "Patriots Way" only works in New England. It will never work across the NFL. Mark Davis knows the change is coming. He better get head coaching candidates list ready. I hope Dave Zeigler does not pick the head coach. I can see Dave Zeigler picking Brian Flores. Come on Dave picks a hot and coming assistant coach, such as Ben Johnson or Brad Johnson. Dave Zeigler must forget friendships and move on to other candidates. For example, Ben Johnson, Brad Johnson, Duce Staley, and other up and coming offensive or defensive assistants. For retread candidates are Dan Quinn, Jim Harbaugh, Kevin Stefanski, Jim Caldwell, and others. Winning takes care of the noise and bad coaching.
I was there in that moment and he just wanted to get out of there!! This owner has no idea of how to properly run an organization and the fans have to pay for headache after headache every weekend!!

Really when you look at the Raiders coaching roster, there aren't too many..actually most of the temporary choices would be pretty bad.
