And the respect I have for you only grows greater. I've been waiting for this video for a while. Thank you for being so open and willing to share your experience with us. It has helped and continues to help more people than you realize.
I'm 2W2 and I'm in tech school rn. I thought I regret joining the air force but looking at how I've changed, I'm glad and I don't regret joining. Definitely recommend it for most people even though it isn't for everyone. Just do your research and don't take shit from a recruiter. Once you sign the line, your contract is final. So, fight to get the best contract before you sign.
Hey Martin I recently subscribed to you and I love your videos very very helpful I watched the 8 week bmt videos and I thank you for that I’m going into the Air Force soon to make a change for the better in my life and I just wanna say I thank you for the videos your gonna help a lot good luck and keep serving U.S AIR FORCE WAY 🇺🇸
Glad you have this video up , I was ended up choosing between college or Air Force . But I want to do other things besides my career . But I’m pursing going pro I’m soccer but just don’t knew how that would work In the air force so that’s why I like the trade school or college way .
I'm scheduled to go to LA MEPS in two days and despite taking the ASVAB already, still quite nervous about the changes the military service will bring to my life!
Liked this post. When I was in the Air Force I made it to Hickam a few times. Always on my way too or from Korea . And always wondered ...Damn why didn't I pull this gig. Spent 8 years 2months and 29 days in. E O D. Out as an E6. Left due to pressure from the wife. I liked it she hated it. Joined 1977 out in 1986. I retired after 20 years in law enforcement., But like so many like me. The thought of I should of stayed is always there. Of course my Air Force is not today's Air Force. I made 6 in 8 because of below the zone to E4. After 24 months. At that time there was two E4s senior airmen and buck sgt. You had to go through both. So to make E6 at 8 Was not unheard of but was a very good reason to stay for 12 more . I didn't. If I was still married to the same woman I may not regret getting out as much. My time in law enforcement I enjoyed , don't regret a min. of it. But darn It I wish I stayed .At some point you and others like you will be faced with the stay or go, think on it longer than I did. Everyone's situation is different, but looking back .....i would of stayed in.
How’d you put your bullet for the UA-cam together? I have a few months until I need to start giving my first bullets and I have a few videos that helped a lot of people for the AF!
I didn’t write my BTZ package (and you shouldn’t be either). That’s on your supervisor, and unfortunately I don’t have that package. I do have bullets on other EPRs, but again you shouldn’t be writing it.
I realized with your story that the air force does not require you to be in good physical shape, I want to join a military branch, I am still in the research phase. I like the military police and the security force of the air force is the longest career. among all the branches of the military police but I would not like to join a branch where I do not feel that they require me to be even better that is why I am evaluating the army and the navy, the marines have a good level of demand, yes I would like to but I'm already 32 years old and I'm thinking about a military career.@@MartinProductions

I'm a first term US Airman reservist who just completed IADT, which includes BMT and technical training. My AFSC is C-17 crew chief.
