I gotta call out that the First story of repeatedly confessing starts of remarkably similar to the LN/Anime "The Dreaming Boy is a Realist", it even has the soccer ball incident. Though in comparison, the MC didn't return to the initial crush.

Ahh how nostalgic. My memories as I took up my courage and confessed to my first crush back in high school, and that got spread around the whole school because I was rejected in a way where she exposes my apparent “cringe letter”. Which it was just me telling her how I felt. Oh well, it’s better knowing her true colours anyways.

The third one is completely unnecessary, it's too forced to change their relationship as brother and sister just because they don't have the same blood.
He sees her as a sister and nothing more, his change is very forced and unpleasant.
This novel is literally unnecessary.
the fourth is cool.
the last one closes with a flourish, real development and shows that she really cares and respects him, very good.
The first story is pretty decent, he didn't go for the childhood friend like usual which is a change of pace and they guy could move on, a good story. I'll edit once heard them all.
"Every ending is the beginning of smth else" hits hard with your depressed era on the day you got rejected 😔
I like that the first story, even after the old crush asks him, he stays with Ami. I don't like it when stories just end with "Choose both of us"
I also like that the childhood friend wasnt a total bitch either - that seems to be the case for a few of these. They are "childhood friends" but the girl treats the guy like shit all the time, but at the end expects him to just choose her. I like this version.

The start of the first story reminds me of the anime The Dreaming Boy is a Realist. And just like it that story it seems the childhood friend is unhappy when he finally stopped confessing like she wanted.
That anime wanted to tell that people takes what they have for granted or won't pay any serious attention into unless they lose it and somehow it's ok if they regret it later because they can have it back which is not.
What a life saving story I loved it 😁

I feel bad for the second story's short haired girl. It looks like she had a march stolen on her in a contest she didnt even fully realize she was in. If that story ended on a he got both of them ending i feel like it'd be the story to deserve such an ending.
