LOW RESO CC BUILD WIZ - Diablo Immortal

My low-resonance crowd control build for the wizard in Diablo Immortal. Skills needed are Meteor and Arcane Wind to freeze the Enemies, Teleport to escape and remove debuffs, and Ice Armor for extra shield.
