I have a similar build but i use the new chest piece for Crystal instead and its pretty tanky too

Cool and helpful video. Here is my build for Inferno for both PVE and PVP. For Hell you will need to make adjustment of skipping two items and two gems and some essences. This build is totaly possible for low spenders and even free to play, but it may take some time. I've been playing for about 6 months and I have spent 2 x 6 euros on Battlepass.

Skills: Lightning Nova, Arcane Torrent, Ice Armor, Teleport, Electrocute. Essences: Helmet Crushing Weight, Chest Rampant and Inscrutable, Shoulders Sparks of Energy (PVE) or Csur's Fortutious Ward (PVP), Pants Novel Castigation, Weapon Riftcraver, Offhand Hearth of Storm, 2nd Weapon Ol' Rustic, 2nd Offhand Charged Sigma (PVE) or Ebarin's Visage (PVP).

Primary attributes: Intelligence, Fortitiude, Damage and Armor Pen, least desirable is Willpower and Resistance and Potency. Magic atributes: anything that increase your skill or primary attack damage or attack speed, critical chance and critical damage, defence capabilities or damage reduction and beneficial effect duration.

Bonus attributes: Wildfire set and duration of beneficial effects increased from the other set. Secondary armor and jewellery: 2 pieces of Banquet of Eyes, 2 pieces of Vithu's Urges and 2 pieces of Gloomguide's Prize or 2 pieces of Vithu's Urges and 4 pieces of Gloomguide's Prize. Paragon trees: Weaver or Gladiator or Tresure Hunter in Hell.

Gems: Mother's Lament, Fervent Fang, Gloom Cask, Starfire Shard, Blood-Soaked Jade, Seeping Bile, Power & Command and Pain Clasp. Cheaper eqivalents of Seeping Bile and Blood-Soaked Jade are Everlasting Torment or Viper's Bite and Berserker's Eye. Instead of Gloom Cask and Starfire Shard you may use Ca'arsen's Invigoration and Lightning Core.

Not suitable for low reso. You die instantly. Low reso Wiz is only useful when it is on CC build.
What's best class f2p currently? Pvp/pve

yes the damage is high. but I always think that using a mage as a barbarian is OK ONLY if you have really high resonance (4k+) otherwise with a build like this you're cannon fodder. Better a classic build with crystal and beam and stays distant.
True, they should mention that you need a high reso for this build, but why would he cares, right? :)
