vietnam gym facility wise is quite literally every gym goer and fighter’s dream, but ofc nothing beats that rusty and wet muay thai vibe at the thailand gym
I would like to thank you for the incredible quality of your UA-cam. I subscribed to your free course, I just started the very first part but I can confirm that it’s awesome and ADVICE EVERYBODY TO CHECK IT, to eventually go for the “non free” (sorry I’m not English) part as I’m sure it’s awesome. What a chance to have a fighter your quality who take time for us like that. I’m training hard at the gym but I learn a lot with you as well. Thanks man. I’m 44 and started Muay Thai 18 months ago. I’m training everyday, spar, think to fight, and really appreciate you man for your help, and the love of your sport you share with us. 👍 👍 👍
damn vietnam aint playing around I would never had guessed the gyms where like that, last year I was In Thailand training great experience I would highly recommend for anyone no matter your skill level, thanks for your vids Jeff , now I must to go to ho chi min!
As a Vietnamese I did not know my country has such a big MMA gym like that lmao. Seems like Thailan does not have many gym focus on mma or grappling, which is kind of unfortunate.
Could you do a video on how to roll hooks better and counter as soon as you slop and block? I can roll but in sparring I always just block hooks and block, parry or slip but never hit straight away. Working on that
This is literally perfect timing. I'm going for a mix of exploring and traincation for 1 month in Thailand and 1 month in Vietnam this spring. What level would you say that the MMA coaches are at the Vietnam facility? (if I go there when you arent there)
@@MMAShredded that will be nice, I have a chinese heritage and always want to experience the martial art from there, I currently do sanshou here in Canada, but going to China for original sanshou will be nice.
Hi good work I have been watching for a long time I have been thinking about going to Thailand for a month to train would you recommend any traditional Mauy Thai gyms for me with not many foreigners also if it’s better idea should I train both mma and mauy Thai could you also recommend a gym for me thanks great stuff
Hi Jeff, Thanks for doing this comparison between the two gyms, really appreciate the insights! I'm planning to travel to Saigon this year and looking to do some Muay Thai kickboxing training. Would you recommend Saigon Sporting Club for Muay Thai? I am considering doing classes, open gym training, and weight training while I’m there. Since I will be staying in Saigon for about five weeks, would you suggest getting a 10-day all-day training pass or going for the 1-month unlimited Muay Thai & weight training pass? Also, could you share more details about the facilities included with the membership-things like showers, steam room, hot sauna, etc.? Were you happy with their service? Since Saigon Sporting Club is on the premium side compared to other gyms, do you think it’s worth the cost in terms of value? Would love to hear your thoughts and recommendations. Appreciate it, brother
I’m in the same boat, just started doing it for the first time. The only tip I can give is watch them back with a friend or significant other that doesn’t know anything about fighting that will listen. I watch it back with my girlfriend and instead of just being super hard on myself I can kind of just tell her what I’m doing and why and what I should be doing. It’s helped me!
@MMAShredded hey did u hear about the girls who put ping-pong in their private parts And Blast it out in thailand ? Hehehe that would be a great show to attend 😄 😉 stuff you cannot post on UTube
Bro if the gym looks squaky clean and brand new it ain't for me. Gotta have that gritty look and feel that can only come with hundreds of thousands of hours training sessions. That's where champions are made.
Thailand seems to have a lot foreigners training mma - is this less true in vietnam? What asian country has the most westerners training mma there besides thailand? In korea there really are not many - and why do foreigners go to other countries to train mma? Did it start as learning muay thai from thais and then evolve?

this guy is literally the best online mma teacher i have seen so far

@@MMAShredded what do you mean with that my English is not pretty good
@@chrollolucifer37564 you can pay money to go travel and train with Jeff in what's called a "retreat".
Both gyms look sick as hell! One is super traditional and outside rustic vibe while the mma one is modern and high tech
:)

I hope to one day join you guys - I'm broke and swamped with work sadly.
one day brother!!
hi Jeff, nice video, but in the future can you do one for China training camp and such? I seen a few camps videos and I wonder how it actually is.
id love to go to China, but its more difficult getting a visa and everything to get there. But maybe!

Hey! I really enjoyed the gym 💯, however i don’t have info on the membership, as i had a different agreement with the group I brought in!
Hey I'm interested in recording my sparring sessions, but it feels kinda embarrassing, any tips?

Sad to see that the Vietnamese are complying to the fascist WEF regime with their facial recognition.
Will you visit lien phong? Mma gym led by a famous viet actor who was a stunt man for spider man movie
dont have any plans to!
