    vietnam gym facility wise is quite literally every gym goer and fighter’s dream, but ofc nothing beats that rusty and wet muay thai vibe at the thailand gym

    Both gyms look sick as hell! One is super traditional and outside rustic vibe while the mma one is modern and high tech

    I would like to thank you for the incredible quality of your UA-cam.
    I subscribed to your free course, I just started the very first part but I can confirm that it’s awesome and ADVICE EVERYBODY TO CHECK IT, to eventually go for the “non free” (sorry I’m not English) part as I’m sure it’s awesome.
    What a chance to have a fighter your quality who take time for us like that.
    I’m training hard at the gym but I learn a lot with you as well.
    Thanks man. I’m 44 and started Muay Thai 18 months ago. I’m training everyday, spar, think to fight, and really appreciate you man for your help, and the love of your sport you share with us.

    Hi Jeff,
    Thanks for doing this comparison between the two gyms, really appreciate the insights! I'm planning to travel to Saigon this year and looking to do some Muay Thai kickboxing training. Would you recommend Saigon Sporting Club for Muay Thai?
    I am considering doing classes, open gym training, and weight training while I’m there. Since I will be staying in Saigon for about five weeks, would you suggest getting a 10-day all-day training pass or going for the 1-month unlimited Muay Thai & weight training pass?
    Also, could you share more details about the facilities included with the membership-things like showers, steam room, hot sauna, etc.? Were you happy with their service? Since Saigon Sporting Club is on the premium side compared to other gyms, do you think it’s worth the cost in terms of value?
    Would love to hear your thoughts and recommendations. Appreciate it, brother

    • @Irrelevant66
      @Irrelevant66 10 місяців тому +1

      I’m in the same boat, just started doing it for the first time. The only tip I can give is watch them back with a friend or significant other that doesn’t know anything about fighting that will listen. I watch it back with my girlfriend and instead of just being super hard on myself I can kind of just tell her what I’m doing and why and what I should be doing. It’s helped me!

    Thailand seems to have a lot foreigners training mma - is this less true in vietnam? What asian country has the most westerners training mma there besides thailand? In korea there really are not many - and why do foreigners go to other countries to train mma? Did it start as learning muay thai from thais and then evolve?
