Yes what a good guy. He fished very close to my families cottage up at the 1000 islands. Normally I’m fishing there on the weekend but the poor weather had me stay home ☹️

For Bassmaster. Was an amazing year right from to start with an amazing 26lb finish at the end on the St Lawrence river!
Also with how this ended with Taku Ito winning this event but more importantly showing you what it truly means to be fortunate enough to be there with his raw emotions coming out means alot. A true Ambassador for the sport and the BASS organization for years to come!
Congrats Taku on not only an amazing win . . . but a VERY FUN tournament to watch ! Also congratulations to BASS on an excellent season w/ great coverage. Major Kudos to all the camera operators ! 3 Highlights for me were Bill Lowens first win, Lee Livesay's incredible final day at Lake Fork, and of course Taku's win at the final stop. Seth Feider taking AOY was awesome as well. Special mention to the new Tournament Director Lisa Talmadge, she did a GREAT job on what looked a very challenging year to say the least, especially first year in that position. Well Done ! hope some day you can come back out west to Lake Havasu or the CA Delta . . . I know the travel is very costly on the anglers, and it's not a good time with gas prices . . . but we'd love to see you guys do another 'Western Swing' ! Enjoy the off-season and thanks for all you do !

I love the nories escape twin that bait is so nice for heavy jigs or just heavy texas or punching the bait moves so nice. An the scent is def a killer it has a very unique smell vs other companies that I've used and the bass do seem to like it cause when they bite they hold on.
