The music video intro was def necessary! The music videos from this album are mini movies and tell. A story from her alter egos perspectives! The industry fabricated stories and lies about her so that no one would want to work with her. They said that she was always against other female rappers but she’s always worked with female rappers since her career started. But they ran with that story to get the general public to look down on her. That’s why she’s saying “they need rappers like me, so they can get on their fckn keyboards and make me the bad guy Chun li!” She’s flipping the narrative and saying ok, I’ll be the bad guy you keep saying I am! The first song “Ganja Burn” was her rising from the ashes after the industry blackballed her. Then it goes to “Hard White” where she is coming back for revenge. “Chun Li” is her back on top and letting the backstabbers know they can’t F with her now that she’s back and stronger than ever 🔥
