Behind the Scenes: Creating Your Custom Framing Order

Academy Art & Frame Company (AAFC) is a custom conservation art framing shop and art gallery. We carry the largest selection of frame moulding samples in southern Colorado and we showcase the work of approximately 200 local and regional artists.
In this video, we take you out of the gallery and into the framing shop for an up close and personal look at how a framing order gets put together. From start to finish- cutting mats, mounting art and cutting frames- we show you what we do to make your art look awesome in the choices you made! This is just a standard framing order; so much more happens with jerseys, shadow boxes and canvases. But you get the gist. :)
