I had an 100ml Dior poison Girl Eau De Toilette my favorite, i finished it almost, I almost finished 50ml of the poison Girl Eau De parfum witch was a bit too thick for my taste. Today i tested la rive fleur de Femme en it is almost a mix of the edt en edp en i love it💖 i can imagine that it only gets beter with time. Thanks 😊
Everything you just said about this is her is exactly how I feel about Orchidee vanille by van clef and arpels! It’s how I want to be remembered cuddling my kid in front of a fireplace, drinking hot cocoa, after playing in the snow on a day off!
When a fragrance is very new, it doesn't smell quite the same as when we last had it, because it was at least a few months old. I have often noticed that. The colour also changes with time, the juice gets darker and smells more mature. I hope that Mademoiselle has not been reformulated! You have a beautiful selection.🌸💜
I agree! I don't know if it's just me but I got a different vibe from the tester bottle I smelled at the store. More fresh less patchouli. I've worn it so many years I feel like any subtle difference is noticeable.
Also, kudos to you for making a top altering video. I would STRUGGLE to make one. I love MOST of my perfumes. So even a top 20 would be hard. If my collection gets any bigger I’d have a Top 100 list and each would fight for a higher spot. Another problem altogether. 🤦♀️ I can’t do it. Kudos to you though. 🥺💕

I always thought I hated patchouli until I got Gris dior and that’s when I realized it’s all about how it’s blended with the notes ❤ Casablanca is another gem ,at first I didn’t love it because I thought it leaned a bit masculine but after a few sprays I feel totally in love 🥰 I have a few that I am in love with that are discontinued ,I am so sad about that 🤷♀️Hot Cotour is definitely in my top 10 and always will be ,I have a back up of that one La reve is a little gem and I paid $13 Canadian for it Perfect for winter Loved this Hugs ❤ I think eventually I would like to only have about 10-15 fragrances in my collection

I bought girl of now about 3 years ago as a blind buy and it was love at first sniff. I don’t think any perfumes of late have blown me away like that one. Hopefully I will find something new in 2023. I think all your top rated perfumes are lovely.

I have the same issue!! My taste change constantly!!! Sometimes I want it to back the way it was😩 but it's constantly evolving. I only allow myself backups of fragrances in my top 10 that are harder to find. That keeps my purchases a bit under control.
Since you really love patchouli it's worth trying out Angel EDP, especially if you can find an older bottle for a good price. Even 2017/2018 (pre-L'Oreal) are wonderful, I haven't tried the current formulation on my skin though. Cautions; do not over-spray, wear on a cooler day and wait for the drydown before you decide. The current EDT is lovely for warmer weather, so if you aren't interested in another cold weather Angel, this might be the one for you. I really want to try La Danza as well. Ambre Nargille and Rose All Dae are also amazing, both are worth sampling if you get the chance.
Rose all Dae is another one I'm interested in!! I would love to find an older bottle of Angel! I ordered a decant of La Danza because I'm kind of trying to stop blind buying more expensive perfumes. I'll let you know how it goes soon!
You know, i was thinking hard about this. I'm quick to say I do not like patchouli, but in college some of my favorite perfumes were Chanel mademoiselle. I guess then I love sweet patchouli where it doesn't smell earthy I guess. Also I love euphoria! Haven't worn it since college, but I loved it so much!
If you like Coco Mademoiselle & Euphoria I believe you do like patchouli! Those are heavy on the patchouli and most people who truly dislike patchouli hate those! They are "patchouli bombs" to them. Lol. Although I love patchouli, it definitely has to be done correctly to be good. Some cheap patchouli smells like nail polish remover (like in some Jimmy choos). Others just smell dirty. Chanel and Mugler make the best patchouli fragrances in my opinion.
I just want to know: Was it an Instant Crush? 👀🤣 I totally agree about Euphoria. I was taking a walk in a park around a lake and an older woman was out for a run. Every time she passed I caught a whiff of her perfume, but at the time I didn’t realize it was her until she had circled past me a few times. Once I realized it, I started running after her to find out what perfume she was wearing. (That’s a way to get me to exercise!) I have Hot Couture EDT. I smelled the EDP version years ago and didn’t like it, nor did it mix with my chemistry but now I have to try it again. In that bottle though. They changed the bottle. I got a ton of compliments on the EDT, one being that I smelled like “Sex and Candy”. 🤣 Every time I wear Libre Intense, I always get compliments. I don’t know if people are shy to compliment around here or my other perfumes aren’t doing their job. One time someone told me that they smelled me before they saw me. And that’s exactly what I want in life. To be smelled before I arrive. 🥰 Most of the others I’ve smelled in tester bottles and I wasn’t impressed. However, I think it’s the tester bottles fault. Companies don’t keep up or switch out the bottles enough. So they collect dust at the nozzle or the UV rays get to the perfume. It super irritates me because you really don’t know how it smells until you get a real sample. It’s happened to me that a perfume smells terrible in the tester but when I got a bottle, it smelled amazing. Some of the disappointments were Kilian and MFK you mentioned. And I blame the retailers. 🤷♀️
I have la danza delle Libellule and I love it of course but it's not like Casablanca at all its like fresh apple pie but a lighter scent definitely not as beast mode as Casablanca. It's more of an airy scent but yummy apple pie.i sampled before I bought it.very classy scent.❤️👌
Forever is not the regular one! If you like sweet floral gourmands and you like orange blossom, its probably a safe blind buy for you. But don't take my word for it🤷♀️ lol
