Hello, no you don't need to remove the front fairing. You can also use the lamps from the front through the fork. A small problem is the locking ring. You have to feel it all. First try to insert the locking ring without the lamp. Then you get a feeling where he has to go. But everything is even better than having to disassemble the whole scooter. What? Manual says to remove the front fairing. How to do that? I unscrewed the two screws but have not reminded the fairing cause I was worried that I will break it.
Shop manual says to remove the front cowling but the bulbs are accessible from the bottom looking up from the forks. Still haven't figure out the retaining clip and cover removal from the bulb.
Mal noch ein Tipp dazu. Es macht sich einfacher, wenn man einen Wagenheber unterstellt und die Telegabel voll ausfedert man hat mehr Platz mit den Armen. natürlich darf man dabei nicht vergessen die Maschine zu sichern, da sie nicht mehr voll auf dem Hauptständer steht. Also immer schön was unterlegen. Bei mir sind die Birnen zerbrochen und ich musste sie mit einem Draht und doppelseitigen Klebeband mühsam wieder raus fischen also die einzelnen Scherben. Ansonsten funktioniert es wie beschrieben. Und für die englischen Freunde. One more tip for that. It makes it easier if you put on a jack and fully spring out the telescopic fork, you have more space with your arms. Of course, you must not forget to secure the machine, as it is no longer fully on the main stand. So always put something under it. For me, the bulbs are broken and I had to laboriously fish them out again with a wire and double-sided adhesive tape, so the individual shards. Otherwise, it works as described.
🤣🤣🤣 Hab ich auch schon hinter mir nur bei meinem sind zweimal H7 drin Baujahr 2007. 🤣 Kannst du auch die Federbeine wechseln ohne viel abzubauen? Das habe ich mir auch schon einfallen lassen. Das wird in der Werkstatt auch richtig teuer.
Hallo, ne Federbeine habe ich noch nicht gewechselt. Ich habe ja eigentlich einen Schrauber der meine Kiste wartet. Aber manchmal muss man eben selber ran. Ist aber echt fummellich mit den "Birnen"
