Great video, simple and to the point. I would love to share these points with everyone I meet. However, sometimes, one needs to pay attention to the culture of the organization and the leadership. Some people love long mails (not me). What helps is, calling them, discussing over the phone. And then sending a mail in response to the discussion. Hope this helps. :) Good job.
