Very good quarter Disney!
Over the last 10 years Disney stock has not kept up with inflation.
Disney is outperforming their competitors whose stocks are down 80%+ from their highs. Most analysts have a strong buy rating on Disney and the stock is pretty widely believed to be undervalued. Furthermore, the stock’s performance is relative to what time period you are considering. The stock is up 30% over the past 6 months. Disney stock also gives dividends (the company gives excess profits to investors) which increases shareholder returns beyond just looking at the stock price.
Disney stock is down after the report. This is a company that needs new leadership.
Disney stock soared after their previous report and has not dipped since that strong report and guidance.
Disney equaling value ????? does not compute.
Get freaking Sesame Street!
So why is the stock down today? Terrible management.
The stock is up 12% over the past 3 months. The stock did not increase because, despite the strong quarter, Disney did not increase their guidance and the market took that as a sign that they expect weaker performance to come. The market is wrong as Disney was simply being conservative about not raising guidance due to elevated uncertainty about the future of the global economy.
Ask real ?’s please? Why are you destroying, destroyed your parks?😮😮😮😢
Yeah softball questions typical of the MSM.
Disney/Hulu is my least favorite streaming service. Their ads-supported plan is just unwatchable with so many ads and old content 🤮
I love to watch old Disney movies with my kids. Hulu has a few cool shows too. We don’t watch much TV so we don’t need anything else.
