I was selected as digital specialist engineer at Infosys based on my skill, test and an interview in year 2022. Post that there is no sign of joining letter from their side. Lady is saying IT sector is not in good condition but in year 2023 they also hired candidates. Why random selective treatment giving joining to some and denied joining to some candidates who are also selected.

Somewhere something is missing...... lots of engineering colleges syllabus isn't match with market demand.

Exactly over supply is the problem with poor skill. Just because they bought RTE and for vote catching they compromised with quality education. No application based questions in exams and just rote learning and getting projects done by outsourcing.
