This intro song is a reference to the samurai manga under the same name which explains the last lyrics about never being cut down, swords and chaising fame, as well as the meaning behind the word vagabond going well with the overall theme and vibe of it.

This is over an old remix of Mac Miller's song "You" which I had made a while ago, and the cut towards the end is from one of my original songs put on UA-cam, "523 interlude", which is of course over Earl Sweatshirt's beat "523".
05. exorcist - 8:36
This song is a reference to the movie "The Exorcist" explaining the comments about men under lamp posts with breif cases and Oujia boards. And shout out to the producer for that Blonde Redhead sample, couldn't be more appropriate.

wow. I'm a little taken aback actually. this is a stunningly promising project that is tenfold better than anything i could have anticipated. i feel like i could write an entire essay review of this EP.
the beats are not only exquisite, but perfectly suited to your voice, lyrics and style. and vice versa, there could not have been a better emcee for these beats.
the project starts off strong, with some of your best bars paired perfectly with a mysterious, engaging beat that establishes the atmosphere of the EP.
when flower petals kicked in, i immediately got chills. i got this strange, deja vu-like feeling that, despite having never heard the song before, it was one of my favorites already. and i realized, towards the end, to my own surprise, that you're going to become one of my favorite rappers.
but even comparatively to that song, there isn't a lackluster part of this EP. even the interlude added just the right vibe, that middle of the night melancholy chill, before the EP ends with a track that serves not only as a great closer but a statement for the whole project.
the only takeaway i have is that i can see the possibility of you getting stuck in a groove in the future and not evolving to your full potential as an artist. but hell if i know what that is at this point.
in conclusion,
the whole project is a dark, evocative portrait. a moment in time that, despite its gloominess, is nevertheless the type of music that makes me happy to exist, right where I'm existing at this moment.
Amen. Couldn't have said it better than myself. This EP is one hell of an dark, reflective, emotional experience, and I personally think it's Inimical's best display of his thematically profound yet also technically impressive lyrical skill. It's hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to choose I'd say petal flower is at the top for me as well.

Beautiful project man. I love reading these lyrics, I think they're some of the best you've written yet, particularly on flower petals. Not to mention these beats are outstanding as well. Overall score: 11/10.

Listen to this for about two days, at first I didnt really like it to be honest, but looking more deeply the beats hit hard along with the lyrics man, you definitely put in time with those lyrics, I'm definitely enjoying listening to this, and enjoying watching you grow man it has been such a nice ride, keep it up G
