Thank you for understanding and appreciating the role that the intro fills in the album. All their intros are fantastic and we've been asking for years to have a full length one. I think the notation after the 7 stands for movements which makes sense as there are 7 distinct sections to the intro, one for each member. I really like the visual interpretation you have of Justice and how it applies to a battle, like the ones in 300. I hadn't considered that but it 100% fits. Stomp definitely feels like it's in the middle of the battle and the lyrics eit that as well. It's a song about overcoming and rising up. I feel like stomp would make a great League of Legends Worlds song. 2 Rings is a term for motorcycles but in the song that's a metaphor for freedom and being true to yourself, etc. They were saying Kim Bora at the end which is Sua's real name. Siyeons missing from the live performances as she's on hiatus for health reasons. The other members are covering her parts. 2 Rings was actually the other contender for the title track. I knew you'd love it. Fireflies is a gorgeous ballad and is a vocal showcase. They're always working on improving and while they were really good when they started, they've never stopped working on improving. This album feels like the culmination of that hard work. When you get around to reading the lyrics just keep in mind that the words and feelings in the song are for us, the fans. I know what you're going through, I'd say lots of us do. Another group got me into KPop and it took about a year after finding DC before I caved and acknowledged that Dreamcatcher had become my ult group. I think what you said during the Intro is one reason why they're so good. Their production is always great and when you add their voices it just takes their music to another level. It's why they're able to have such a diverse discography and why every genre and style of music they do is fantastic. If you want to avoid spoilers entirely then the This Is ______ Series on the channel Insomnicsy is going to be your best bet. There are 4 seasons, 2020 - 2023, and each season has one 7-minute video per member. It' doesn't really have information about the members as it's strictly focused on personality type clips, but it will help you get to know them. They're meant to be watched sequentially since each season has completely different clips but you can start wherever.
dreamcatcher \:D/ nice album reaction! if you enjoy it, keep doing it at least for dreamcatcher 😉lol. most of their mini-albums only have 4 songs + 1 intro. this intro is the exception - others are only about 1 minute long. since you already heard the title tracks, future album reactions only need to be intro + 3 songs unless you want to revisit the title; if you do, consider watching the dance practice instead of rewatching the mv. 2 rings refers to wheels on a motorcycle. you can see the racing gloves they were wearing in the performance lol. it doesn't necessarily mean a motorcycle in the literal sense, but a vehicle where you can be free. a lot of dreamcatcher songs are about being yourself and not letting the world change who you are. that's the sense you can get when you just ride a motorcycle as you forget everything else that drags you down in life. you have a dirty mind lol 🤣. btw siyeon was missing in the 2 rings performance. she's on a health break which she took about a week before the comeback. you might want to listen to the studio version of 2 rings again since siyeon adds a lot. almost all the adlibs you hear in dreamcatcher songs... yes that's siyeon. and yes there was backing track for 2 rings performance. pretty much any choreo performance they do will have a backing track but they always sing live. if you want to hear really raw vocals without backing, check out the 1thek dancear performance for justice. most of these clips with other groups have reverb on the vocals at the very least, if not post processing filters like autotune. dreamcatcher must have told 1thek do nothing to their vocals lol. it's insane and the only time I ever heard raw vocals without backing for a choreo performance in kpop. lastly shatter will be hit or miss for a lot of people. it's a diversive song. like you heard with the b-sides in this album, it's all different. there isn't another song like fireflies in their discography and there isn't another song like shatter either. so because they dive into every genre, some b-sides might not click for some. personally I enjoy all their b-sides even if I'm not a big fan of the genre covered. I find dreamcatcher can make me like genres I normally wouldn't listen to lol.

I kept confusing Yoohyeon and Handong (really extremely similar at first glance) as well as JiU, Siyeon and SuA (but SuA is clearly the smallest and Siyeon was usually the only one wearing pants in the past). Later you can recognize everyone by their live voices. It takes time, but it's worth it. This group is a pearl in the K-Pop monotony.

I kept confusing Yoohyeon and Handong (really extremely similar at first glance) as well as JiU, Siyeon and SuA (but SuA is clearly the smallest and Siyeon was usually the only one wearing pants in the past). Later you can recognize everyone by their live voices. It takes time, but it's worth it. This group is a pearl in the K-Pop monotony.
