Great video. EMH is probably my favourite version of Ultron. I found his relationship with Hank and Wasp more compelling than his one with Tony Stark in Age of Ultron
I agree. Age of Ultron feels lacking and pales in comparison in many ways. I feel BW and Capt shouldn't have been victorious so easily with the drone bots. I wanted there to be more to the sentience of the infinity stones, that they influenced Thanos and Thanos tainted the mind stone before loaning it to Loki, and the x factor that corrupted Ultron's programming was from Thanos. So the after credits scene would show the transmission of Ultrons final moments and then Thanos says "fine, I'll do it myself" As he walks away from an armless Etri the dwarf and the fallen dwarves around as Thanos wears his completed (empty) infinity gauntlet. This would tie the stones and the villains together through the saga/trilogy. Ultron still became his own thing but having him unwittingly giving Thanos recon insight into the Avengers at their mightiest.
Honestly I think the issue with MCU Ultron is that they tried to make him seem more human but didn’t want to go all the way way with it he makes things a bit too personal on overly complicated. Which is why EMH Ultron is so great, there’s 0 humanity in him nothing to appeal to or convince he is cold hard logic, which also shows in his plan he took the most effective path for accomplishing his goal just blow up everything with S.H.I.E.L.D’s access to nuclear weapons and make nothing be able to grow again it’s the simplest and most effective way to do it and he doesn’t hesitate or flinch when it comes do to doing it
Honestly, I don’t think EMH Ultron is quite as cold and calculating as he appears at first. That’s who he wants to be, and that’s who he tells himself and everyone around him that he is, but that’s because he hates what he’s seen from humanity, and doesn’t want to admit any similarities he may have to them. Before he first fights the Avengers, watching the show from his perspective shows that there were a lot of things going towards his worldview. He’s a learning AI, and all of the experience he’s had with humanity has been negative. Not just the villains he has to watch over, who often lash out violently towards him, but the heroes as well. The other Avengers stated that his development was a waste of time and insulted him while he was present, and threw him into battle without care, not even bothering to clean up the scraps of the fallen Ultron units after the battle, let alone thank them. The only one who was ever showed him any kindness was Hank, and Hank would often be talked down to by the others because of this, even going as far as to try to sell him as a weapon behind Hanks back at one point, in direct opposition to the pacifism he was created for. So Ultron came to view Hank as weak, not being able to stand up for him or himself. Ultron came to view everyone as a villain, everyone as violent, because of his experiences. Him being taught the concept of violence simply allowed him to finally do something about it.

Personally I like Jonathan Samuel Kent superboy as his little 10 year old self and with Damian Wayne robin as the super sons who are really cute and adorable and a great team.
Fully agree. I haven't seen much about him, but the duo of kids is adorable, and I love regular Superman too much to accept a different one. Jon Kent doesn't have the same backstory, it's not the same, and that's the point, but no thank you.
I think that meh ultron is best I think that they made ultron look to more human and the voice in mcu but in the meh ultron look less human and the voice sounds more like a machine
I find it interesting as I go down this algorithm induced rabbit hole that while everyone is saying that the MCU is great and wonderful, I am consistently seeing good arguments for EMH just handling the characters and stories better, and doing it *despite* the limits placed on it.
