I’m having a wonderful time in Italy, I’m trying to still watch your channels when I get a chance in the evening, but I’m sure if I miss any I’m gonna watch them when I go back home. I really think everyone appreciate you guys taking us to all these homes that you’ll never see on any website and especially with such details that you show it’s so important you guys are doing that. Thank you so much.!!
I totally agree. We are very lucky to have access to these villages and houses - many thanks for the channel! And near enough to Termoli which is beautiful sea resort and has every you might need. Enjoy the rest of your trip btw
This property is great. A lot of work throughout but that space is pretty tiny so overall shouldn’t be too bad. I really like the flow of the space. That huge fireplace and bread oven in the kitchen is absolutely amazing!! The piazza being just beyond the walkway to the right is fantastic.
Wow! The whole area sure could use a spruce up! It’s just desperately AWAITING your arrival to make it charming and beautiful again! Breathe some LIFE into it! Make it Pinterest-worthy!
I, personally, love this house. I found myself dreaming about the possibilities of each room as it was toured. I love the idea of living in such a small town and bringing this home back to life.
Yess! That was exactly what came to my mind when I was viewing this video. Imagine this cute little house full of character being cleaned and painted inside.
If one can buy the cantina in the ground floor and connect it with a staircase with the building above(from the inside) yes this property has potentials. Thank you for the video
Usually about 700sqm is the going average rate but always depends. The owner says he knows some people and he estimates 10,000 euros. All depends what you do really.
I quite frankly do not understand why people let these places go so badly and expect to sell them. They fill them with broken junk, leave them unpainted and unfuxed. This one even had broken glass in the doors to the balcony. No pride in ownership!
It's not as simple as that. People here in these small villages inherit properties and they have their own. Many times they don't have the money to repair or renovate them. Case by case basis is the only way it can be looked at I feel. I find it sad that they don't realize what they have but at the same time they are tax burdens really, especially if you can't fix it up and rent them or sell.
I think you are totally wrong here. From my own experiences in southern Italy, those houses were often owned by elderly people who have no children or whose children have moved to northern Italy for getting a better job. When these people are getting older and with a very often very small pension, they just don't have the capabality of keeping it all intact, clean and uptodate. When these people die, the house is very often a burden for the children and they want to sell it very fast.
And of course the Italian Second Amendment,,,,"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep rocks on their roofs for defense shall not be infringed." 😅😅😅

I LOVE IT! Cute as a button and Palata looks like a gorgeous town!
It's a quirky one, for sure. 😁 Good possibility to make it super special!! 💕
My favourite of all the ones I've seen so far, its lovely.
If I were 29 years younger I would tackle this one ,,,,,so cute and potential filled ! thanks for showing us
Your right . So many details of a historic apt. What a project.

Also, that price is great. 😊
What a great house! It would be lovely to see how the new owner will renovate it. I hope they keep the original features.

Loved the video and what an amazing house in traditional Italian streets. Thank you.
Just beautiful 😍
Love the blue risers on the stairs....and the rusted mesh screen.

Adoro questa casa ❤❤. È bellissima. Grazie da Texas come sempre
Ceiling high enough for a loft! Certainly a character home. Needs updating but would be worth it as holiday home rental. Friendly town! 👍❤️😁
Super home with more room than I expected. A few updates and someone will have an affordable historical casa in a friendly little town. 👍😁❤️
I agree.
Interesting ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Lots of potential.
Beautiful
would have liked to see inside the garage and the last part you showed.
The owners need to present their house in its best light by being cleared & clean even if it needs renovation.
Hi Fiorella! Great video, as always. How much money do you think it would cost to renovate this house?

Please please can you send me more information on this house I love town
I love this home! But-it would look better if the owner cleared out all the junk. And there was a lot of junk in there!
