    Wondering why the X3 was made tougher. The defender is a working machine. Weird.

    When you did your swap, did you have a dowel pin in between the engine & trans? On the top passenger side? I think you’re calling it a guide pin. I ruined mine, I can’t find a replacement, and having trouble understanding why it’s important. Any thoughts?

      It’s just to help it align. But if you don’t get it straight without the pin you could have 4wd actuating issues with the collar aligning with the thru shaft

    Just a shot in the dark but I’d have to say WKP was the plug with the mystical harness for 500? Lol
