I was told by my sports physiotherapist to attatch 2kg to my ankle and raise my heel to my bum. He was sure it was a PCL injury because you could see the bruising on the MRI.. This info is the complete opposite.. so I should be strengthening the quad? squats?
Should you keep strengthening your body as you age? Yes. Choosing not to will not add musculoskeletal support which you need for healthy joints. Stay strong. Stay healthy.
