Loving these weekly Monday uploads Rob. I know as far as content goes its kind of a niche inside of a niche, but those of us watching really do value your efforts. Thank you for that! Also, I've tried out several of your methods, and i have several discs in my bag with your cell dyes. I play an event almost every weekend now, and almost every round, someone on my card comments on how good my discs look and ask me who dyed them. The lava cells seem to get people hyped the most! I will always give you the credit, though. I'm just following the instructions that you provide. Hopefully, someday, I can contribute something unique to the dye community. I'm looking into getting my own channel started soon!
another great tutorial. I do want to try floetrol in the near future. I've only done lotion and glue beds. But getting some pretty decent results for colours imo. Does the dye affect the glow effect of the plastic much?
I cant for the life of me get cells to develop when poking (toothpick, afro pick) with silicone oil. I am using floetrol with prochemical dye and 2 to 3 drops of silicone oil per 4 oz. Ive tried straight floetrol for pullover, FT with silicone oil, with a warm bed, cold, heat lamps, torch. Nada. Any advice?

It definitely reduces the glow but these MVP discs have such good glow that its not a huge deal

If you want cells to develop by poking you can't have it mixed in your floetrol beforehand
How deep do you press the silicone stick into the liquid?
It doesn't really matter in my experience
