The ratings on this video are not accurate IMO. We owned a Boxer/Bull Mastiff that was mostly mastiff and can tell you all your low ratings for this mastiff breed should be much higher.
AGREED!!! Family ratings should be 100% or very close to!! Same with other animals and dogs, if raised, trained, and socialized properly. Strangers is a completely different story, since dogs can easily pick up on human's feelings and intentions.

Hmmm,.....? I’m not sure if you have any experience with this breed, but seems more like your getting your information from other sources ?! Having over half a century experience with large dog breeds, and currently owning a lifelong healthy 13 yr old male Bullmastiff, I would definitely change some of those ratings. Some lower, some higher.
Hi 67 cuda. This is of course average ratings for breed average dog. All dogs are differents,, depending on their training, feeding, socialization... Feel free, depending on your own experience, to give higher or lower ratings, it will help other viewers who want to know more about bullmastiff dogs. Maybe some other owners will do the same and all the reviews will be worthwhile.

67 cuda , thank you for your input and expertise on this breed. I've found dozens of comments by you on UA-cam about Bull Mastiffs. How rare is it to have one last 13 years, like yours? We have the opportunity to adopt a 5 year old male! His owner has cancer and can't take care of him any longer. We are so excited to give this boy a new furever home. She said he is 140 lbs.....is that a normal weight? He doesn't appear to be overweight in the photos she sent. We also have 2 male and one female Boxers who love to play. She said he loves other dogs and is a big baby. She has a Pomeranian and a chihuahua too and he gets along great with them. I'm sure our Boxers will keep him occupied. Your thoughts on this pack.

Is this the right breed for someone who is single and working 5 days a week? Will they get angry/ dangerous/ anti social if left alone for long periods in the day? Would an evening interaction with them still create a good bond and a docile, friendly dog?
