I'm like twice your age, been riding on and off since I was 10, recently moved away from dirt, but for some reason I can't get this sweet little bike out of my head, it's the only bike I want at the moment... Probably because I always liked the 80s but they're way too small for me to really have fun on and I don't want another full size dirt bike right now. I'm definitely gonna buy one if it can handle my weight and the type of riding I do.
Definitely a nice bike. Would like to see full size wheels on it though. Kawi needs a 2 stroke 125/250/500, like the old days. BTW you gotta stay on the pipe for those big hills That 3rd time you we’re on it. Can’t loose momentum.
I’m 51 and I’m thinking about getting a 112. My friends and I would ride CR/KX 80’s back in the 1980’s and it was a blast. Then we got into ATVs and now I’ve got a Polaris 570. I miss the craziness of 2 stroke dirt bikes so the KX112 definitely seems like a fun bike to rip around on.
I just turned 50 and race a 112 in Hare Scrambles. Had the suspension redone and put bar risers on it to open it up a bit. Has plenty of power and 75% of the time you're not going full tilt anyways. Knees still cramped but that's not bad compared to having to pick up a 450 off the ground multiple times. I can motor up hills with my boots dragging and balancing myself while my competition is all tipping over cause they cant touch the ground.
@@benblazek3305 I just took a look at the XC125. Definitely nice, especially the fuel injection, but it’s a lot. The KX112 is around $5,500 compared to the KTM being almost $9k. I don’t know if it’s worth it for my purposes (just having an extra toy to play around with) since I mainly ride my Polaris Sportsman 570 when I ride.
Im 6 foot 230 and ride 450s. And even I want a kx112 badly cause it's an awesome little bike. I live out in the country and we are allowed to ride dirt bikes on county roads as long as you have a brake light don't speed. So it's awesome to pop wheelies, go to gas stations for drinks or ride too a friends house.
PS the bike looks sick That green is poppin and seems like a very capable machine.. and who doesn't love a nice lightweight yet powerful 2 stroke.. the sound alone is a good time.. she sings and dances.. haha 🤙

You wouldn't need to flip the bike around if it was a 450, A 450 would climb that hill like nothing 😅 and that KX112 should make it up you just have to go full throttle, don't let off and don't shift up to early stay in each gear till it revs high the shift up and down shift when you're bogging.
@@illuforce If you walk around naked outside at night and kick racoons in the nuts, get a 2 stroke. If you hide under blankets during thunderstorms, get a 110 4 stroke.

What year is this? How often do you have to work on it or rebuild it?
You should do a full trail build, kickstand skid plate exc.
That’s a great idea!

Hi, can you compare the size from yz125 an kx112?? Would be very helpful Video for many people.
A yz 125 is the tallest a bike gets a kx 112 is reasonable height you gotta be like 5,6 to touch ground flat maybe even 5,8
I have a YZ 250 2 smoker and i just bought a brand new CRF 150R I didnt even know they made a 112 lol
I’m in Australia how do I get one because I swear it’s impossible to get them

for the bike for payment it says 5649 msrp how much is it converted to us dollars?

I need a green bike that's easy to ride 😎
Is it automatic?
Most likely Manual
Bro wtf of course not
Why did u start on a Kx 450💀
That bike definitely isn’t a beginner bike!
How much is it
I don’t think it’s a good beginner rider bike just because of its power but definitely like maybe a little above average
You gotta put it in a lower gear to make it up that hill! Lol
You seem like a cool dude but that bike sounds angry!!!
You coulda got that hill with more speed. That bike has plenty of power to go right up

The KX112 reaches 70 miles
Not a begginner bike wouldnt even put anyone who doesnt know how to ride thats why they make 110 pit bikes or trail bikes
