We guess there was nothing special to see on the way down so he edited ( cut out ) part of the descent time to keep the video more interesting . He normally also cuts out the stops for decompression on the way back up unless there is something extra worth seeing .
He is Fishing under a Commercial License so no extra people go on his boat just other divers , and they take turns so each person gets some rest time between dives . He has said before that a normal day for him is 3 - 4 dives himself so with the others taking turns that is a lot of dive time , and most of them are not recorded .

This is Comercial spearfishing and diving not rec. Some days you dive without a buddy some days with. It all depends on the spot as well.
