Hey Dan! Long time follower and diver, but newish to spearfishing.(but already obsessed) I have a rigging question for you. After shooting several friends guns, I settled on a 48" rhino. I mainly use the stock line shaft but ditchedthe stock line and use a coil, and carry a backup evolution shaft. 95% of what I do is reef/wreck in 70'-110' out of Carrabelle and Panacea for snapper and grouper. I shoot the 2 stock 20"x 5/8" bands with a 3rd on the gun in case of a breakage. Now that you know my setup, I'm curious about going to a larger single band for faster loading, but don't know where to start. 3/4" band? Longer? Shorter? Power and penetration haven't been an issue, I would just like to only have 1 band to load. If you see this, thanks for any information you can give!
Great works!I have one question why you don't dive large ledges? I see mostly you dive small ledges except wrecks. Does that mean large ledges can't hold much fish?
good day im new frend nice vedio shareng wow! deep blue sea nice speareing friend full watching her and sending support keep safe allways and stay safe
Hey Dan, a while back I watched you lift off with a lionfish on the end of your gun. I was wondering if you ever target them in numbers? Dude on another channel says they are easy money. Happy 4th!
Fun series! You know what he did wrong? You're supposed to pull on the 'stuck shaft' for good luck. 😂
Tough fish. Looking forward to part 3.
THIS COULD BE A MINI SERIES! YES.
That thing is a beast can’t wait to see how this one plays out, thanks for posting
What a great start to the 4th of July! Another spearfishing adventure while Barbecuing!

EPIC love seeing it not go according to plan sometimes
Joker don't wanna die... looking forward to seeing how ya pull this off
It seems that big grouper pulls on the “stuck shaft” every chance it gets.
Hey I’ve watched loads of your videos. What kind of spear Gun do you use? Love the three spear set up.
Its amazing what they can take sometimes and thats a bad feeling when the powerhead goes off and the shaft freaks out.
dang man got me hung out on a limb for the next 1

But I don't want to wait!!!
This one must be a highlander, rsrsrssrs
what is in the nose of the spear ?
That was an added power head. Usally a 44 mag or 357 round
@@mdv2043 7.62X54 I believe that's what they use.
@@davidpook5778 that's definitely cheaper than the 44 mag we use.
That depth the fish don't play and time is not your friend
poor fish, wounded and all alone
I'm sure Dan and the boys are going to head back down to give him some company
🐟🚭🍷👎😒
Wth is that even supposed to mean?
Tough fish. Looking forward to part 3.
