    How it’s done: Complete 1 rounds of the no repeat circuit 40 secs work/15 secs rest.

    Only comment is done over 40s might need an alternative for the stretch at the end where you bend your knee and lay back.

    I did this one yesterday and boy did I fell it today! All your workouts are effective. I’m more fit and healthier in my 40s than I was in my 30s. Finding the your channel has really changed my level of comfort with different styles, heavier weights, all your effective workouts. And I actually enjoy doing it!
