Love this one! I feel like I learn so much about layering with each of your videos! This is the area I’m least confident in, but you’ve really helped me get out of my comfort zone and try to layer more colors in for depth. Thank you!!
I love this! Absolutely beautiful! So are you! I’m new to this epoxy tumbler/pens and I want to go for it but I’m worried about the sanding part. It gives me the “nails in a chalkboard” feeling -strange but bleh. Anyways maybe I can convince my hubby to help. Just unsure of what grit. Lol
Get a good turner, join the Flynn Sisters Community group on FB, ask questions, you don’t need 1,000 glitters, or expensive glitter to get started (I still use some craft store glitter), and have fun! 🙂
@@jenniferwilliams7086 I personally have a MH Turner. The Boan is good as well. I started with two from Amazon and worked my way up, but a good turner will save you in the long run.
Beautiful!! How long have you been using the boan cup turner? And what has your experience been with it. Any issues? Maybe you have a video on it reviewing it and I haven't come across it yet. Any information would be a great help.
I do have a review video on my channel. 😊 I’ve been using them for almost a year now and no complaints here. They honestly work great for what I need them for
I look forward to your videos every Wednesday and Saturday and this one just like I expected didn’t fail me!!! This is such a beautiful cup!! If you can’t find the stars I believe Kenny from Peachy olive glitters would work right?! I thought about that when I saw the stars- I recently got that one in and it has stars in it!!
I love that there is fast set epoxy, but i bought the gallon of the artisan epoxy b/c it is heat resistant, especially for my coasters, which do you prefer?!
Do you have a tutorial of how you mix and apply your epoxy to a plain (not glitter) tumbler? I've been at it a year and am suddenly having issues with applying the epoxy. So frustrating! I cannot figure out the issue.
I watch yours and others tutorials and you guys make the epoxy part look like a breeze. I am a perfectionist and any imperfection drives me mad! I dont believe what I am seeing are air bubbles. They appear after I've run my fingers over the epoxy several times. My work area is clean, no fans and not any noticeable air movement. I clean my tumbler and then use a lint roller to get any extra debris...ugh...my tumbler keeps getting bigger from coats of epoxy to fix it. HELP!
Jessica can you please tell me what those silver things are called that you have in place of screws??? I e been trying to find out what those are called for months!!
Don’t be scared! Just let your creativity take over! If you don’t like it, turn it into a peekaboo or use the Dawn power wash method on it! You got this 💜
@@EmilyMineDesigns yes that’s exactly what I do lol if I don’t like the way a cup turns out I say oh well and either turn it into a Milky Way or a peekaboo!!!
Knocked another one out of the ballpark. Love it!!! I have 3 "galaxy" cups that I have glittered. Now I know how to proceed with them.
Glad it was helpful! 💜

Omg I absolutely love this cup. I'm waiting on my cup Turner. I'm going to be a cup newbie very soon. Do ya have any advice for a newbie?

@@franniehargrow okay awesome will do. What turner do you recommend to get?

Beautiful cup!! Will make mine! I love the 🌙🌚🌙
Just one question, where do I find the quick coat?
Thanks! Which one? The quick coat epoxy is linked in the description box and the water based sealer one you can find on Counter Cultures website

I love that there is fast set epoxy, but i bought the gallon of the artisan epoxy b/c it is heat resistant, especially for my coasters, which do you prefer?!
I would use the Artisan for molds and fast set for tumbler coats - put the artisan as the final coat tho
What did you use for the decal. Beautiful
It’s in the description box. Thank w

Jessica can you please tell me what those silver things are called that you have in place of screws??? I e been trying to find out what those are called for months!!
On my cup arms? They’re wing nuts that hold the arms onto the turner shafts
@@FlynnSistersBoutique it’s on the your are holding. It looks like a screw but has a flat round rounded piece on the end.
@@GulfCoastArtbyJenny that's called a wing nut
Came out amazing!
Also, who else hates the glitter guy ads? Lol kinda shady that they’d use your popular channel to advertise 😂
thanks! they can't control it and neither can I. I'm not thrilled about it either. #PeachyPosse
Was the last two coats of epoxy, the Fast set also?
Yes
The final coat can be the amazing quick coat

Good morning
Now this is my style tumbler!! Most of the glitters you used are out of stock. 😔
Thank you 😊 any mix of purples that you like would look great
We’re can I get one of these?
like a finished one? I'm sorry i don't sell my work anymore, I just teach. there's a ton of great sellers on etsy that make these tho!

Did you say your first coat of epoxy over the glitter was 60ml? Just wanna be sure I heard that right 🤣
