I'm sorry, I'm trying to be better about adding links to my videos. I purchased the glitter from www.glittercraze.com they are called "Well I'll Be", "Bless Your Heart" & "Grits". I hope this helps
I usually would, but I chose to leave it at this stage so I could add a name if anyone wanted to buy it. I would apply the name vinyl then add another layer or 2 of resin to make it nice and smooth.
Beautiful cup! You seem to add a lot of thought into the smallest of details of your cup. Just wondering if this cup was requested how you made it, or is completely your design? I’m asking because I get people who are like “you do whatever you want, I just want it white and sparkly ” and I would end up with something like your cup and my husband always thinks I’m doing too much😂😂😂 ( I call him CQC...cup quality control)
This is one that I thought of. I've seen cup makers paint a cup and place opal glitters over and I wanted to give it a try. It exceeded my expectations! I personally don't think you can EVER have enough sparkle :)
You can spray with a clear coat if you like, it would help prevent fish eyes. I don't usually spray my glitters before resin and it's been working for me :)
I use Rustoleum 2x spray paints, I used lavender, light blue and coral colors (I cant remember the actual names, sorry) The glitters are from www.glittercraze.com named: "Well I'll Be", "Bless Your Heart" & "Grits" the micas are pearl white micas that I purchased from Amazon, and I used KS Resin. I hope this helps, I will try to link my products used in the future. Thanks for watching my video!
I recommend spraying a base layer. If you use light colored spray paints you can base paint a layer of white first so that the light paints are brighter. I hope this helps.

Do you add another layer of epoxy after you do the swirls?
I usually would, but I chose to leave it at this stage so I could add a name if anyone wanted to buy it. I would apply the name vinyl then add another layer or 2 of resin to make it nice and smooth.

Did you spray with a clear coat after the glitter?
You can spray with a clear coat if you like, it would help prevent fish eyes. I don't usually spray my glitters before resin and it's been working for me :)
When I did my paint for the milk way it barely moved..any suggestions?
If you want the swirl to move for a milky way effect use a thicker layer of resin. I also use a heat gun to make the swirl move :)
thank u for this
you're welcome, thanks for watching!
