If you want to replicate other plugins DIY-style, I strongly recommend getting into Cardinal. I even got it to act as an (admittedly artifacty) alternative Gross Beat, envelope editing and all.
at somme you're right they are alternatives, but people who use fabfilter pro Q knows, not for only dynamic, actualy this one beat every aspect of eq8.
that autotune is trash doesn't work barely changes vocals into the Key you put it in and absolutely ruins the quality , yes it's free, great but it doesnt work, so it's pointless

to replace lfo tool try using flux mini 2 by caelem audio (free) or the "shaper" max for live device mapped to a utility's gain/auto filters cutoff (depending on preference)
love a lot the modulation tools of ableton, but one down side of these is the interface, too small and too much pain to edit curves, but pass this, they are fire.
Definitely the same then! Kclip just trends to sound better(subjectivly to me) and used more often in its default hard clip mode. a hard clipper is used a little different than a soft clipper. Just wanted to point out the free hard clipper in ableton

What version and build of ableton are you on?
I liked best using the glue compressor to do soft clipping. It's subtle but undeniable and I happened to have a track with a drum beat that loved it.

There’s a lot of other free autotune alternatives so just go try something else. MAutoPitch is one
